Unprofessional thieves and liars. They do not honor their own policies. Everything in the store is priced at twice what you would pay anywhere else. Greedy racists. They straight stole $250 walker from us and refused to honor their return policy.

Drayer Medical Equipment is a great family-owned business. We are fortunate to have this business in Greater Lafayette - you don't have to drive to Indy. The Women's Center has everything that one needs after breast surgeries. Madlin and Pat are very skilled at fittings and very knowledgeable about filing for Medicare coverage. They were very helpful. Highly recommend!

We have had excellent support and service from everyone at Drayer Medical. We were in an emergency-like hurry to purchase a lift chair last October. The Drayer staff encouraged the manufacturer to expedite the process and the chair was delivered to our home and installed. Small issues with a button on the remote and a strange squeak were handled personally and promptly. Thank you!!

Really great staff. Never had an issue with speaking with any of them. I had to get a hospital bed. They ran it through my insurances. They delivered it, set it up. They were great!! I've had the same bed for over 7yrs now I think. I've only replaced the mattress once. I've had no problem with the bed itself, not even the bed control. The only thing I did have a problem with was their air mattress'. Mine kept getting pin holes in it. I went through so many air mattress' we got tired of spending the $50-$80 for a new one. The last one I had with them they told me to bring it in and they'd check it out for me and see what was going on. Well, they knew I HAD cats and dogs. All my cats had passed away by this time and my dogs were not allowed on my bed because of my air mattress. Well, they said I had tiny holes all over the place like animal nails. Well, I had it with the air mattress fiasco. I will ALWAYS go to Drayer Medical, just not for air mattress'. Sorry guys... Hi Rose, you're my hero!!!

Drayer Medical equipment was contracted to install a wheelchair lift in my husband’s van. I offered the installer the installation manual but he declined, saying he did not need it. This apparently was not the case, since several days after the installation the van was taken in for an oil change. Upon lifting the vehicle for the oil change, the electric cable for the wheelchair lift caught fire. Fortunately, what could have been a very serious incident was prevented by the quick action by the service department. This wheelchair lift had previously been installed on two other vehicles with no problems. The installer is not man enough to admit he may have made a mistake. Instead he blamed the service department personnel because they didn’t look under the vehicle prior to lifting it for the oil change. Service department manager said they do not usually look under vehicles prior to lifting them. Manager also said the electric cable had been attached to the gasoline line and that it had been improperly installed. Installation manual gives specific instructions as to where the cable should and should not be installed. When Drayer was informed of this the installer continued to blame us and the service department. We requested a refund for the parts and installation from Drayer, since this was well over $1000.00. Installer refused, became very unprofessional on the phone, and hung up on my husband. We now have a power wheelchair with no way to get it into the van.

** Response from my husband to Installer’s reply: Regarding the lie you said I told you, I never said the car was burned up. In fact, you were standing right next to the car in my driveway when we showed you the burned wiring. We did stop back at your store once because there was a wire that was hanging close to the ground. In my opinion, you are still not man enough to admit your mistakes.

Rude! Went in to see about a rollator for my mother. The guy came out from the office and said "we're closed" I told him what I wanted and he said we are closed. Well, I came in the door. I asked if I would be able to buy one and he said no. I asked how much than ran and he said $225 to $400 something. He would have made a sale for it. Instead, I went to Walgreens and purchased one for $150. Will never go there again. Would also rate zero stars if it would let me.

Very unprofessional! I Purchased a lift recliner. It was delivered on Friday. Definitely not the same recliner I sit in in the store. The back of the chair physically pushed my back into an arch because of the overstuffed lumbar support in the middle of the back of the recliner. It physically made me nauseous and sick. Told Todd that day that the recliner was not working for me. He told me to keep it a couple days and try to “ Break it in “. I was unable to even try to do that because of the lumbar support. I was told to hire someone. Again I called and asked if they could come and get the chair because it was not working for me. I finally got a hold of someone 4 days later. I was told by Todd to shut up and listen to three options. The first two did not work. Golden manufacture of the chair was not going to make me a new back for the chair. And he would only give me 60% of the value of the chair since it was used now. I had not even sat in the chair because it made me sick. Todd got mad and hung up the phone and would not speak with me.. So the moral of the story is if you have to buy from them make sure you do not pay in cash. And get everything in writing including the return policy.

We went there to purchase a “wider “Walker because my husband just got his prosthetic . The salesperson brought out one and said the price tag said $120 so my husband was trying it out and then the owner came over and stated that was the wrong price and wanted us to look at a different type of walker with a seat since the price was $155 and that the correct price of the plain wider walker was $185.
After a period of time of trying out both walkers the owner then says he will take down the price of the plain walker to $155. So we decided on the plain walker and paid for it. They refused to file with our insurance after even paying for the walker.
On the drive home we had called one of our daughters and she suggested we called a medical supply pharmacy in Brownsburg and ask them if they had one and their price. So we were able to purchase one from them for $55. My daughter picked it up and met us in Lafayette the next day so we could get it. I called Dryer Medical and they said they would refund our money upon return but would have to charge us 10% of the total sale because I had used our debit card.
I did return the walker and received a refund minus the charge for using my debit card. First of all you don’t charge someone more than what was on the price tag. . They really overcharge for their equipment. And then to be charged for using a debit card is crazy!!!
