I have been lax in seeing my doctor. I called this morning to see if I could get an appointment. Since I haven’t seen him in over 3 years, I would be considered a new patient. He is not taking new patients. They will be happy to send my records to my new doctor. How is this possible HRH? Great customer care.

Carolyn is super nice and seems to be thorough when you're in for an office visit. But, it's very difficult to reach the clinical staff in the office which the phone tree prompt directs you to. There is no voice mail option. Just an outgoing recording stating no one is available at that extension. When/if you finally do get through, follow-up is horrible. Mostly non-existent. Sometimes days pass before you get a return call or answer, if any at all. Most of the time you have to consistently call back. And then you hope you don't reach the MA that is very unprofessional and rude on their staff there. Having second thoughts. I work in the health field myself, and empathize with busy practices. But it's not an excuse for substandard patient care.

I have been with Carolyn for almost 5 years. She is fabulous and truly cares about her patients. She listens and allows you to make decisions regarding treatment and care. I'm grateful to have such a caring individual in charge of my care.

My family has been with him for 13 years now. He is kind, listens to everything you have to say, compassionate, excellent with all my children! Could not ask for a better doctor! His staff and himself helped me through some of the scariest times of my life; Cancer!

We've only seen her once, but she was incredibly kind to my tot. Dr. Behrens or her office staff have always been available for phone conversations if we had an urgent need. I'm so glad we found this office!

Had a great experience the first time. 2nd visit Not So Good. Called one day at 8am for assistance. No answer. Finely spoke to someone at 3pm and they said the dr was just now checking her messages. Did not hear anything back. Left a message 2 days in a row. No one ever called to see what I was needing. So, the issue was never resolved.

Called as a potential first time patient, was answered by a less than enthused person who would not provide their name. PPO Participation was answered, but followed with no doctors are accepting new patients at this time.
