I went for pre-employment drug screen. Service was good, short wait time, friendly courteous staff. My only complaint is there hours of operation. 8 to 5 or 9 to 5 just is not convenient for people working during those hours.

Service was good but the doctor asked some unnecessarily intrusive questions that had little relevance to the actual physical. Also she took pictures of my clearinghouse status. If my status with the clearinghouse wasn't complete I wouldn't have been there in the first place."

Friendly staff.!! They take breaks around noon, while they are still open, waiting time can be longer near that time. No bruise left after my blood work 😁

This was the first time I’ve been to a Nova Medical and had a great experience. It was clean and quiet and not crowded. I was greeted immediately, filled out my paperwork and quickly brought back to get my new job drug screen and blood work done. The blood draw was painless and everyone was professional and conversational! Highly recommend!

I went this past Saturday and it was the best clinic I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of clinics in Indianapolis carmyn and Alysea was the best receptionist I've ever had I wish we had more people like them.
