Onsite care is good. Offsite care is atrocious. Very little, if any follow through from physicians team if you have to call back after you get home. If it is Friday, no help until Monday regardless of issue. This happened two weekends in a row for two different procedure. The second procedure came as a result of lack of follow through for the first procedure. TAVR installed and heart rate went to 25 bpm. I had a doctor’s appt on Tuesday which necessitated an ambulance trip back to St Vincent’s with an emergency pacemaker on one day and a permanent one the next. First day home, severe pain around shoulder blade. The cardiology group took the morning to respond and after a series of back and forth phone calls said that nothing could be done until Monday. It does not instill confidence in me putting my life in their hands.

I am Always Blessed by the Receptionists who greet you when you check-in!! Then the Nurse and my Doctor Yagodich who make you feel like Family!!! They have a Great Team and I get the Greatest Care!!! They are extremely Compassionate and they take the time to listen to You!!! I leave feeling Confident that my medications and treatments are going to Heal me and keep me Healthy!!!!

I was very impressed with how organized the office was. There was no waiting and everyone was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Voelkel is so kind and considerate and also very professional. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
