I would not recommend anyone ever going to this place for a medical concern. I went there yesterday because my throat was swollen and I could barely talk. The tech took my vitals, then did a swab to check for strep, and she made me gag and dry heave because she stuck the swab so far down my throat. Then the nurse practitioner came in and listened to my lungs, and did not even bother to look inside my mouth at my throat. She provided me with a list of over the counter medications for congestion, and I asked if they were going to prescribed an antibiotic. She said it would take about 20 minutes to get the results back and they would let me know. It took about 4 or 5 minutes before I realized that they were done with me and that they were just going to call me. I did not have a strep infection, and I have had strep throat before and told them I did not have a sore throat and did not think I had strep. These people did absolutely nothing for me, and I would never recommend them to anyone. I definitely would not go back there again

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. the nurse practitioner sucks so badly. She’s dismissive and is rude. She doesn’t listen and thinks everyone should just take over the counter meds and they’ll be fine. WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Lacresha Williams was best!!! My only wish is she could be my primary. She took time to hear my problems, and she made a plan to help and explained everything. I can tell you legitimately care, and not trying to get in and out.The meds she prescribed, were spot on to help! Feeling much better! Thank you!!!!!

This location is terrible. They only have 1 good doctor, Lacresha. The front desk staff if rude every time I've been in there. Donna is worthless. She won't give you any medication, treat it yourself she says. Call and ask who's there before making an appointment. Do not go if Donna is the physician.

The lady at from desk had attitude, she was making seem like I couldn’t be seen, if a person is sick and they walk in they still should be seen until the doors close, I understand everyone is sick and they close at certain time but it is a certain way you talk to people. You don’t have to be rude or smart people come to urgent care because it convient. You don’t have to be rude or get smart with a patient. We all are short staff and busy and sometimes we get overwhelmed but that’s does not mean take your frustrations out on someone who didn’t say or do anything to you. I’ve never had this issue until today. I always come to this urgent care.

We had a wonderful experience here! Took our 4 month daughter in because she had pink eye and didn't want to wait to call her pediatrician the next morning for an appointment. Both the CMA and NP were so very kind and great with our daughter! There was absolutely no wait at all (we did come in around 7pm), and we were in and out within 20 minutes. We will definitely be going here from now on!

DONNA needs to go. Trust the other reviews saying Donna provides a horrible experience. I never go to the doctor unless I absolutely need to. She made me feel as if I was a bother. She asked if had been running a fever. When I said “at one point just a 99.1” she replied “not technically a fever okay. 98.5 is considered normal.” I didn’t have a 98.5….I had a 99.1…in my experience that is considered low grade. She then said a lot of viruses are going around, so if a sore throat is all I have I can consider myself lucky!!! Never tested me for flu and didn’t want to test me for strep, but decided to. She asked if I had been taking any medicines for it and I said DayQuil and NyQuil to which she replied “why would you take that?” I said “because it said for sore throat on the package.” She said “yeah no just take normal stuff like Tylenol.” I have a toddler at home and was wanting some answers, so I could avoid continuing to expose him, but got none. On top of that, It was a horrible experience. Maybe she’s been doing her job too long or just hates it, but she needs to go. I am in meijer writing this review because she made me feel so horribly about going to the doctor when I already didn’t want to go. Probably paid a lot of money/copay for a horrible experience.

Went to the clinic in side of Miers on Menard dr today. The online site said the were open, but they were not. The lady working at the self service kiosk said they hadn’t been open all week even though it says it is on their website! We made a special trip into town only to have to go on somewhere else. Not what you want to do when you are sick!
