I'm new in town and needed a refill on my blood pressure med. I made an appointment at the urgent care where the receptionist, Veronica, explained the process to me. Lisa, the nurse, took my vitals and history. Kristi, the NP or PA, came in, discussed my meds and blood work, and sent me on my way with a 30 day refill of my medicine. Veronica got me a PCP appointment for tomorrow. This office was great today! Everyone was kind, professional, and caring.

The nurse practitioners are so charismatic. I don't have insurance and they've been very helpful with that. 5 stars all the way. If I could give more I would, y'all are obviously doing what you love ❤️ I appreciate you so much. Y'all are heroes

We made an appointment for 10:53 AM. We arrived and had to wait 30 minutes, before we were called back. This is unacceptable!
We expect appointments to be timely, because some people are busy, and have to be at other appointments, that are just as or more important.
They need to hire more staff, STAT, or close their doors, until they find a better way to manage the clinic so it is quick and efficient, which is what we all expect, when we come to a medical office.
They got two stars, instead of one, because of the ease to make an appointment online.

Terrible experience much like everyone else has had. Receptionist was kind but I didn't like having to say my symptoms out loud in a lobby full of people. When I got back to the room, I mentioned in passing another more embarrassing issue I was having and was told by the nurse "We can only treat one thing. This is an express clinic." So I had to I choose which thing to be treated for. Doctor basically downplayed any symptoms I was having and made me feel dumb for even coming in. By far the worst experience I've ever had involving an urgent care clinic and would not recommend to anyone.

Lacresha was by far one of the kindest, understanding NPs I have ever saw. She made me feel seen, heard, and understood and answered every question I had. Her bedside manner was impeccable and I left feeling more at ease after our interaction.

ONE MINUTE LATE!!!!!
Gotta reschedule!!!

I googled it last night and it said 12:45 our time!!!
We supposedly was supposed to be there at 11:45 our time!!!
Was one minute late.
Receptionist said she'd check if I could still be taken...
Took like 20+ minutes of her own, only to say we have to reschedule.🤬
Even though I did ALLLL the paper work the night before on my phone!!!!
She stood there trying to figure things out while I was painfully on my feet forever!!!!🙄
She sent stuff to the wrong person on top of everything else.
HORRIBLE experience.

Really appreciate the staff of downtown deaconess urgent care seeing me today on short black fridays hours. They helped me an worked me in to an already busy schedule an prescribed medicine for my condition. I was a walk in. Will be better prepared next time if I need medical attention. Thanks so much:-)

I made a apt at 7 in the morning for a little after 4 pm. I get a text it changed to 4:30. I get here and sign in and they telling me it's going to be a hr wait on top of it. What's the point of even having apts when they can't honor them? They need to be walk in only then, I took off work to be here on time.
