I have been with one of the doctors here for years . She goes and gets a promotion and her nurse practitioner gets her patients. My family has had a bad year my father has been in the hospital twice and my older sister 4 times . This time not only is she septic (from the surgeon's botched work). I was grieving with my family and forgot I had an appointment . I called later to explain. I was told I was kicked out of the office . These people have no sympathy what so ever. Just in it for the money, like the rest of Deaconess.

They honestly dont care about their patients at all. They dont listen to you or care about whats wrong with someone. They just care about getting as many people in as possible to make the most money.
