My primary doctor told me it would be a several month wait to see an obgyn for my births control & pp got me in in a week! With a limited staff who are all so dedicated to their jobs it’s a very welcoming & unjudgemental place. Emma & Amy are SO WELCOMING and answerd every question I thought to ask, and even then some, I didn’t think to!

The care at Planned Parenthood is always above and beyond. The staff are kind and do everything they can to make sure you are feeling safe. I struggle with doctors and medical visits, but they make it as easy as possible. They make sure you know what's going on and that you feel in control of your body and health care.

Miserable place. Not open in office when they say they are, completely unhelpful when it comes to getting people into appointments or even getting appointment information to you in a reasonable way.
After using a clinic in California for a few years, this place is a joke in comparison. Can't wait to get away from the city into a place with people that want to do their jobs.

On hold for almost an hour, to find out office visit may cost $100-$180 but, if you can afford to pay the full amount there may be a 40% discount? Whatever Happened to Planned Parenthood being for low income? They need a quick connect to a depression hotline. Can't get much more depressing than looking for help through Planned Parenthood.

I went there to just get a check up, I went a month no phone call. So I called their office 10 times! 10!!!! No answer, requested a call back NO CALL BACK! Went two months nothing from them AT ALL! And finally after 7 months from the day I went 8 have just received a $70 bill from them for something I never even received! I ended up having to go somewhere else because they was so bad at their job!
Any time you call any option you select it’ll say “there are currently no available representatives”

After a year they’re STILL harassing me about the bill for test results they never sent me, so me paying them for something I never received. Calling the office and calling the help line does absolutely nothing.

Very friendly staffAnd the nurses and RN as well. They really listen to my Concerns and questions. Are very open minded and SupportiveAnd help me make the right decision for me. The woman name Misty is very helpful I would highly recommend talking to her. Would definitely go back.
