Gary is an excellent massage therapist. He helped me so much. However, as a business, Brio ranks quite poorly. After providing excellent care for over eight months, my next appointment was canceled via email by Brio due to "scheduling conflicts" and said I'd be contacted for reschedule. I was never contacted. I reached out multiple times to no avail. Then when approached again a form email was sent with no truthful explanation or information. Honesty goes a long way with me. I will no longer be able to recommend Brio due to defamation of character via email, substandard communication, and general poor business acumen.

I have been going to see Gary since my pregnancy with my youngest daughter. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout pregnancy. He was a blessing throughout my C-section recovery and getting to a point of my scar not being absolutely unbearable; he never got frustrated with setbacks and continued to offer different techniques until we found something that actually worked. I have continued to visit as often as I can to help with neck pain and migraines. Wonderful, kind, and understanding people to work with; I enjoy every opportunity I get to take some time for myself!

I’ve been a client for almost a year and I want to encourage everyone to give Brio Massage and Wellness a try. Just yesterday I went in and had major hip pain on one side. Gary knew just what type of pressure/massage to use to help the pain subside. Each appointment begins with a brief verbal assessment to decide what the focus will be for the day. You can choose to converse or just relax after the session begins. I recommend Brio to everyone and wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I have been to several massage therapists over the last 16yrs since having a car accident.
I was very impressed with the techniques and professionalism Gary showed me. He was able to work out some muscles and knots that desperately needed worked on.
He and Kadisha were very helpful, knowledgeable and super sweet about wanting to help me manage and alleviate my pain.
10/10, definitely recommend!

Leah was amazing. She really helped the areas I with which I was having problems. Friendly and professional. I can't say it was a relaxing massage but that was not what I needed. Pain relief increased each day after for the next 5 days. Definitely plan to return.

I have been dealing with severe chronic neck pain after having a neck surgery over ten years ago, and was on the verge of turning to surgery again. I experienced so much relief in just one session with Kadisha. Cupping is one of the best things for my shoulders and if you haven’t tried it yet, I definitely recommend. All of the tools used at Brio get amazing results and Gary is able to improve range of motion with just a few stretches in a few moments. Gary and Kadisha are amazing. If you are in pain and don’t know where to turn, turn to Brio.
