We have relied on the care at CityMD over the past years. The staff and technicians are always good, the doctors GREAT. The facilities, the wait are all well handled, and we highly recommend CityMD to anyone--they can diagnose, exray, prescribe, bandage...a great 'invention' for seeing a doctor.

Don’t bother going there ! some doctor with blue hair completely useless. Just wanted to give me a Covid test when I came back negative she was already out of the room.

I wasn’t sure what to expect for my first time at a CityMD, but I was really impressed and I had a great experience!

Complete scam. I have top tier insurance I pay nothing for most doctors in the city and these con artists managed to charge me $300 for a simple checkup. Shameful. Look anywhere else.

I went there and asked for a check on me with my 10 days old baby on a hot summer Saturday afternoon. Both the doc and nurse were super slow, very impatient and rude, and directly asked me to go to ER without doing anything. Will never come back again

I went to CityMD on 3/31 to get a confirmation of vaccine for my school. The first visit, the staff and physician explained they would need to take my blood to confirm this and I’d have to come back for a follow-up once I received my results. I expressed a concern that I don’t want to pay for 2 full visits if the second is just for a signature. I was reassured numerous times that this was not the case. I was told I could walk in, have my document signed and be on my way since it was based on my previous visit. A week later I’m back and am told no, I need to submit another copay and have an evaluation before any doctor there can sign off on my form… an evaluation for what? I completed the test, the previous doctor took my blood, and my heart rate. What could they possibly need from me to sign off on a vaccine form from a test THEY TOOK. Another example of healthcare reps harassing people for nickels and dimes when they can’t handle basic communication with one another or understand their own policies. The hostile energy I felt was also not appropriate when they’re the ones who made the mistake. Why am I getting the bad treatment then? If you can’t do better, at least be kind.

receptionist was very nice and welcoming as well as the nurse. i explained to the nurse my symptoms and she explained to the doctor. the doctor didn’t check me. he didn’t use his stethoscope or checked my throat or ears. he walked in and said your symptoms seem viral. just take over the counter stuff and walked right out; he didn’t even tell me what kind of “over the counter stuff” i should take.
i ended up going to a different urgent care that wasn’t a City MD around where i live, because i felt terrible. Fever, Throat was hurting and they did multiple test on me and i was prescribed some things. i had a better experience there than at City MD
