I got right in exactly at my appointment time. They front desk person was kind, efficient. The nurse that took my vitals was the same. They walked me back to the exam room. They set expectations on how long the results would take for the pretest stuff and when the doctor would come in. The doctor came in as soon as the test results came back. Explain to me the situation and prescribed me three medications was very thorough and very helpful. She had excellent bedside manner and empathized with my symptoms and that were related to covid. I could not be happier with my visit. The only thing that would make it better if I was not sick in the first place! But the entire staff was great. The facility was clean and hopefully I don't have any medical emergencies that I need to return but if I do I will definitely be going to my check. Castle

NP, Sydney Yoe that saw me was very thorough in my care and making sure she ruled out any possible pneumonia, covid, flu, and strep. Even though I was feeling horrible, her, and the nurse that took my vitals made me feel so much better with their care.

The healthcare I received was great, but I might not go back because of the time I waited. I had a 5:24 appointment, checked in beforehand, and arrived at 5:11. It was 6:04 before I was taken back to a room and another 33 minutes before I saw a doctor. It was just under an hour and a half from my appointment time to when I walked out. That is unacceptable. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait an hour before you even see the doctor?

The provider was knowledgeable and willing to listen. She set up a plan with me to recheck everything in a few months. Most importantly she took the time to listen.

I was traveling from out of town and was so impressed with the quality and care I received. It was by far the nicest urgent care staff I have ever encountered. Heck they were better than my own doctors. My heart was warmed by how thoughtful everyone was.

Nurse Kaitlin was AMAZING. I was in so much pain and she was very calm and reassuring. She also was able to quickly diagnose and prescribe effective medicine. She made me feel like everything was going to be ok.

The lady at the front desk (shorter curly bob hair, I can’t remember her name) as well as the nurse who took my vitals (Katrina) were so kind and made me feel right at home. After a poor experience at a previous med check it was wonderful being here.
