Made my wife wait 2 hours with no other patients (they “didn’t realize she was there and checked in”) to tell her she doesn’t have an infection that Riverview confirmed she has had the entire time. Would recommend going literally anywhere else if you want any combination of decent service or anything resembling competent care.

My exam. check up was horrible! First off I waited 30 mins in the room when there was no one in the waiting room at all. I was early so no one before me or after me. After 30 mins we opened the door and walked out and he walked up finally/ I think they saw us. He didnt look at my injured knee at all. He asked 2 questions. He didnt ask about my pain...I could have told him a lot. Im sorry I have a high tolerance for pain. I have Dystonia. Look it up. See about pain with it. The over the counter meds dont work. He didnt hardly ask anything. Everyone I've told what happened has asked me where did you go go? A co worker who has had this happen to her told me to go see your doctor. You need checked out again. I should never have to do that so fast! I was told if I was still in pain to come back. How long do I wait? Who knows? He didnt say. Highly disappointed! Still in a lot of pain! Not any better. Never going back.

Just took my daughter for a soccer injury, the front desk was great, the nurse who saw her was great and the PA was great. This was the first time we have used this location. We will use in the future if needed.

We prescheduled an appointment and showed up 20 min early and checked in, they were 50 minutes late. They doc in a box ot nurse didn't take any history on our child, saw him less than 5 minutes, diagnosed him and was gone. They didn't provide any after appointment paperwork.

Boyfriend went into the medcheck today for a heart related issue, he had made a appointment online at 2:30 pm and checked in at his time, waited for about 10 minutes (no big deal) then went back, the nurse was super nice but then the doctor came in and she had some stick up her ass (About 3:00). Ordered a ekg and an xray and took him back to do it. currently 4:00 with no sign of doctor. Will update when leave.

Update: 4:10, finally get to leave.

Had to go here for a cold, the staff was all super nice and respectful, highly recommend going to this med check. They also go me in quickly and was able to check in online.

This is the medcheck we've used prior and this may be the last time we do so. We booked an appointment for our daughter to have the doctor look at an ingrown toenail. When we arrived, we specifically asked if they could remove it, or should we try to find somewhere else to go(this is the first time ever dealing with an ingrown toenail). They assured us they do this a lot (not true) and she went in for the appointment. 5 mins later and just a prescription, she left still with an ingrown toenail and a suggestion to seek out a podiatrist because they in fact do not do this. Had they been up front about it, no harm to foul and we could have moved on. The fact they essentially lied to get our money is aggravating. Had they said, no sir you need to seek alternate help, we would have understood, that's why we asked up front. So, if you have an issue that you are uncertain they can help with, assume they can't and talk to your doctor or seek other urgent care providers.

The staff was very kind and recognized my needs without me asking. Care was exceptional. Community Health Services are, by far, superior to any other health care network that I have used in the past. I was expecting to be rushed out and made to feel like what I was experiencing was not a big deal but it was the exact opposite. I wish to thank the staff of Med Check for their professionalism, courtesy and exceptional care.
