Called because I am sick and was looking to be seen. Girl on the phone was snappy, dismissive, and just all around rude towards me. If I can’t even have a decent phone call, I don’t even wanna know how they treat you inside!

Quick and painless introduction.

When I first moved to Alabama I knew no one. I had a bit of a problem and needed to see someone same day and the staff was responsive to my call, professional, timely, etc... professional once again.

My experience with Gina was great. If you want answers she will give you the time to fulfill the request. If you want affordable - absolutely. My healthcare does not list her on the network but I will continue to use her expertise 😀

Went to St. Florian Clinic on Monday June 4th, 2018. There were 3 cars in parking lot, door unlocked, sign said open till 5 pm. My mother and I went in, signed in. Then a girl in scrubs came out and said they were closing. Someone they knew was having a baby. She offered to see me the next day, or I could go to a competitor that she named. (Med Plus) Needless to say, I left there feeling like I came here with fever, cough and your clinic was close to my house. Will never go again! I went to Express Med on Cox Creek Parkway. Was seen in 10 minutes time, chest x Ray. Bloodwork, strep and flu swabs, breathing treatment, and diagnosis of Pneumonia.
My point here is can u tell the difference between how St Florian Clinic treats a
patient and Express Med treats a patient.
I was very disappointed in them. St. Florian has been my hometown for most of my life. Hate that our "hometown" clinic turns away sick patients. Will never recommend them to anyone.
Another thing, if you were closing, lock your door and put up a sign!!!
