I want to give a big shout out to DASCO because they have an employee who is one of a kind, and that is Cam R.! I have worked at 2 different hospitals that utilize DASCO for patients oxygen needs and Cam has always went above and beyond for us and our patients. He is great to work with, he is knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. He genuinely cares, something you do not see very often. Cam recently helped me get to the bottom of an "oxygen issue" an old friend of mine was having with a different oxygen company. He went above and beyond in that situation also when he did not have to. The world needs more people like Cam.

My dad called from the hospital at 4:00 pm for an oxygen tank, he needed this to get released, they told him it would be delivered in an hour. I got to the hospital at 6:45 and it still had not been delivered. My dad called again at 7:20 and they said it would still be 45 minutes. An hour and a half later it still had not arrived my dad called again and they said it was 20 minutes away. 30 minutes later I noticed a van sitting down in the parking lot, it sat there for 45 minutes longer, I had to go pick up my kids so my husband could go to work as it was 10:00 pm at this point and when I got down to the parking lot sure enough it was the delivery guy sitting and playing on his tablet. I confronted him and he said he had other phone calls to take and that’s what was taking so long. So instead of delivering what he was supposed to in a timely manner he’s taking other phone calls. All the while 6 hours later my dad finally gets his oxygen. I’m so glad it wasn’t an emergency or he was on the verge of running out and needed it to be able to survive! Absolutely ridiculous and awful service! DO BETTER

Keith G was Very professional and informative. Once he got the hospital bed we needed set up, he went over All the features very thoroughly. Same with the oxygen machine and tanks. He was very knowledgeable and didn't rush with the info. Great experience due to Keith's help!! And he did the job solo! Thanks much, Keith G!!
