I was told delivery would take 8-12 weeks after the fitting. It has been 21+ weeks. I call every week and always am given a roundabout answer, or no answer at all. Often told “it’ll be a couple more days” and wait another few weeks, and nothing. Finally spoke to a supervisor today who had no answers for me or direct location of the shoes. A total disservice to residents and partnering companies. I would highly suggest using another company. Heck, hand making the shoes would be faster than this company!

prescription done 11/15/23, impressions taken 12/19/12. Insurance paid 12/28/23. 4/1/24 no shoes or insoles. call every 2 weeks since 1/1/24, told that they will be here in two weeks, every time...the manufactures' fault, insurance fault, I did not hear them right last time....just awful service, a refund to the insurance would take another 90 days so what would be the point. just the worst service. no accountability. if I could give 0 stars i would

Representative will come out to your home. Measure your feet and help you select shoes. Problem comes in getting actual delivery of the shoes. Patient has to make sure pcp completes prescription and faxes it back to them begone shoes are even ordered. Too much of delay in getting shoes.

I would like to first start off by saying, with all that is going on in our lives that we as human being that we put ourselves into the hands of people that are to be in positions of care for elderly and minorities and people of all kind should be treated with respect and discretion. Because you never know what toxic words can do to make their lives inconvenient and unpleasant.
