Recently we purchased a new MyLab X 75 but the company shipped a demo model to our office. I was so disappointed with the sales team. We have been an Esaote loyal customer over two decades. This is the way we desevered?

We purchased an ultrasound and in two years did not work anymore. After speaking with others in the industry we found out they do not work more than 3 years without major repairs as a pattern. We sent it twice for repairs. Very poor customers service, they never know the status, not even if the equipment was received and such. The repairs costed almost half of the price of a brand new ultrasound. They will send you their internal work order to get a cc for deposit/payment and no invoice is issued. My emails were ignored when requested the invoice (maybe because it was not the accounting department, but the only contact I had). I called the US number to request the invoice, I was redirected to Canadian office and finally received an invoice which does not match the amount of the transactions in my bank account. Very disorganized, frustrating, I would not trust to work with them again.

Bad customer service, rumors of poor employee treatment. I'd recommend Siemens as an alternative if you're looking to purchase an Ultrasound or MRI.
