My wife had to buy scrubs for work. Went in. We had the place to ourselves. Both ladies were fantastic. Tried on many tops and pants. They helped for an hour. So nice. Great experience. Go see them.

Had a great experience, needed a specific color in an xxs, when i called they had it and held it till next day so i could come try it on and purchase them, excellent customer service experience, the greatest ive had in a long time, thanks for your all your help girls!

As a nurse it's a shame when you go into an establishment and none of the employees ask you do you need help? or nothing. But went around and ask other customers do they need help. I said out loud as I was walking out with my kids, so we don't exist?the employees just looked at each other like they were lost never coming back apparently this location caters to a certain class of people.

-1 stars, it was storming outside and we needed a store to be let in. We had to look for scrubs and they still wouldn’t let us in when other stores were. Looked straight at us and looked away. If your hours say you are open then your doors should be unlocked even if it is storming outside. Very unprofessional.

The staff at the Leeds Outlet Mall is absolutely fantastic! They were so helpful and cheerful. The last time I visited this store the young lady working was so rude to me, after my visit today they redeemed themselves. Give these ladies a raise! I'll definitely return to purchase more from this location with their smiling faces. ? Good Job Ladies!! ?

I’m rating my experience a 1 star only to post my review! I will never shop at this location again! This was my first experience of being racially profiled! There were several customers in the store but, my family and I were the only blacks and we were accused of shoplifting! I’m not gonna go into details about the incident. Just know we were found INNOCENT! Nonetheless, the embarrassment and humiliation during that moment remains. A store full of customers but we, the only blacks, were singled out! This is by far from over! Yes, they will be hearing from our attorney!

Keisha was helpful on the phone in making sure that they had the scrubs in stock that I needed for my upcoming clinical rotation. Once I arrived, she directed me to the items that I needed. Prices and selection seemed better than the other two shops that I checked with. I will return.
