The guy that delivered the bed was awesome. He went over and above what was expected. He even explained to the lady helping take out the other bed on how it should be done. The bed had been a great help and very comfortable. All in all I'm happy with his service as well as with the product.

Their DME professionals were A++++++++++++ in getting my mom’s hospital bed, correct size walker and bedside commode as an urgent request. My precious Daddy’s recent passing proved more comfortable for him than I could’ve imagined - largely due to the equipment Patient Aids quickly provided & set up during 3 visits.

Considering the environment the deliverymen/assemblers work in isn’t exactly cheering for them, & that they most likely feel they must walk on eggshells (during grievous circumstances of strangers), i thoroughly appreciated their professionalism, respect & helpfulness. I’m sorry the 2 gentlemen’s names escape me, but kudos to them! May the Living God bless you & yours
