I have always used Cooper Medical they have always been very respectful and informative when it came to PRODUCTS I have purchased a CPAP and a scooter from them when we were traveling out of town for our vacation our battery died on my scooter and we called Cooper Medical and asked since we were so far out of town where could we get another battery at? Because ours Was still under warranty and the owner offered to overnight us a battery to the hotel we were staying at but thankfully all we had to do was replace the charger once we got to a battery plus Store but he told us to come back in when we got back home to Rome and they would refund us the money that we had originally purchased our battery They have the best customer service by far of anyone in Rome Ga

This business and Chris Cooper were a wonderful blessing to me! Mr Cooper was informed of my need for a lift chair that i could rest in and out of pure goodness not only donated one to me but delivered it and set it up in my home!
If ever you find yourself in need of medical products please call on Cooper Medical. They deserve to be whom you should go to with your needs based on how I was treated and how kind a man Chris Cooper is. I don’t think you could do better nor be treated as well.

Kevin went far and beyond what I expected. I received better information from him then I did my doctor. This is service you just don't see anymore. I live in NJ and there are probably hundreds of stores from where I live to where they are located, but with the service to the information he gave me that is priceless. They even have great pricing and even throwing things in my order to try at no cost, I can promise you that whenever I need anything they can supply me with, I am ordering through them!!

My husband, my mother and I went into Cooper Medical this morning (4-21-2016) shopping for a lift chair. Cooper Medical had a great selection and had exactly what I wanted and needed. They are going to deliver it and set it up this afternoon. You really can't ask for better, friendlier, faster service. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They really took the time to show me different models, styles, colors and fabric types. I am very, very, very pleased with their service and my purchase. From the very beginning of my CPAP issue he was the consummate professional He spent TIME and LISTENED, and provided EXCEPTIONAL service to solve my need! PAR EXCELLENCE!
