This morning I had a massage booked with Jayne Numbers. She was AMAZING! She has vast knowledge of human anatomy and it showed during my massage. With her 30+ years of experience she was able target specific muscle groups that some of my previous massage therapists could not reach. Her massage table even had a heat pad that kept me warm and relaxed. She used hot rocks to release tension in different areas along my spine. I walked out of my appointment feeling so relieved. I would highly recommend looking her up and making an appointment. I was so pleased I even schedule four future appointments! I can't wait for my next massage!
