Alexis was very sweet and helpful with my allergic reaction and gave me what I needed to start healing. I also seen the student PA prior to Alexis, very professional and helpful as well. And lastly the nurse I think was named Becky gave me the steroid shot was very nice and gentle. It was my best experience at a Redi-Med maybe ever.

My experience was great! Only complaint is once called back it was nearly a 45 min- hour wait. There were only 2 people ahead of me and I heard both leave fairly quickly so I didn’t understand the delay. The PA was very nice and thorough. I appreciate everyone’s efforts

I feel like they didn’t care about my symptoms or that I came in, they wanted me in and out of the clinic. Did not address my overall symptoms and just gave me meds to get out of the clinic. They were not busy but I felt like they wanted to rush to get patients out.

Took my child in for an urgent care visit, staff member Tamecca was very short which came off rude. Didn’t let me ask my full questions, did not greet and say hello. The actual provider was much more courteous and friendly. For being front staff, you should set a better tone for your customers.

Very nice, friendly staff however they are very understaffed. Made an appointment and upon arrival was told there was still a 2-hour wait. Called other locations and they had similar wait times. Was told by staff that Lutheran dramatically cut staffing and thus long wait times. If they are not going to staff properly, they need to eliminate appointments all together and we can just start going back to the Emergency Rooms.

I chose to make an appointment online from among the times given as available. I was checked in immediately upon arrival and waited only a few minutes before being taken to an exam room by a nurse. It was a short wait thereafter before the Nurse Practitioner came in. She explained a small procedure which needed to be done. I felt full confidence in her skill and explanation of after care. The sample of antibiotic ointment I was given was sufficient and appreciated.
I know there are circumstances which couldn’t be have been present leading to lingering wait times, but I was in and out within 45 minutes. No further treatment has been needed several days hence.

The NP was nice and professional. The facility was in need of a good cleaning, I wasn't seen until almost 2 hours after my appointment time. Checking in was a hassle and I am unsure of how privacy is maintained when you have to give your information 3 feet from the other people in the lobby.

I visited the Redimed at the corner of Jefferson and Engle Rd. I have been there numerous times before. I love how easy it is to make an appointment from the comfort of home. I arrived 15 minutes like suggested. As per their instructions I went to their kiosk to let them know I had arrived for my 10 am appointment. The kiosk was disgustingly dirty! I took it upon myself to use hand sanitizer and kleenex to wipe it clean. Also the floors were dirty. As my name was called to speak to the front desk person I too noticed that the back of their computer (facing me) was dusty and gross. The window frame was dirty too. I would of hoped for a higher standard of cleanliness for a medical office. My wait to be called back was 30 to 40 minutes. Not bad either. I was helped by a wonder medical staff plus their student. So in the end this is why I gave them 4 starts and not 5.
