In two years, I have never had a good experience with them. When I first got my equipment they misquoted my insurance coverage (which was hundreds of dollars difference than I was charged months later). I didn't opt into automatic renewal which means I have to work with the call center every time, and there always seems to be a problem. The difference between requiring money upfront and payment plan isn't apparent, and anytime I ask questions or display frustration with the process, I am told "I understand" (which feels condescending after a few occurrences). In my most recent encounter weeks ago, I asked them to re-run the claim for expected payment, and they never called me back about the order, resulting in not getting my supplies before the end of the year.
I wish I didn't have to go here for it to count towards insurance.

WARNING!!! WARNING!! WARNING!!!

I hope you read this review before using these people.
First in getting the equipment, they overcharged my copay. I had to call my insurance company and a Rep from insurance spent almost 1/2 straightening out the situation while Inwaited on the line.
I came home with a tank of O2 to hold until the came
The hospital did not give me a choice which Inthink violates Medicare rules
Driver called whileI was in hospital , asked me to call back office when I was discharged around noon
I did rhat and then called 4 additional times and asked to speak to Supervisor. He was to call me
Finally at 9pm they put me thru to the driver who was in New Orleans and Iโ€™m in Slidell. I was about to run out of O2 when he arrived at 10pm with Concentrator but not portable.
The next day more phone calls. Driver comes with portable says batteries are all charged and Iโ€™m good to go.
So this morning get ready to use and both batteries are dead and it takes 5 hours to charge each battery. I called again and they questioned about batteries and said they would send 2 in replacement but it was going to take a few hours I was set to see husband in Nursing Honey but will now have to wait a day.
I will never ever use these people again . Oh Supervisor has not called back - doubt he will

I placed an order for my CPAP machine supplies. That I was desperately in need of. I also asked could I pay for Rush shipping. I was told I didn't have to pay for it. And that they would note on the order. Express ship to me. After waiting 14 days with no supplies. I called to check on my order. And was told that. Since I had given them new insurance information. When I place this order. I would have to go to the doctor. And get a new prescription using my new insurance. That I gave Ochsner Medical at the time I was placing this order.

So not only have I been suffering for 2 weeks now. Waiting on my supplies. But I now know that I have to make an appointment with my doctor. I don't know how long this whole process is going to take. Before I can get relief. With my sleep Apnea.

But I do know. That my CPAP machine supplies. Absolutely will not be ordered through. Ochsner Medical Supplies. They don't take my health seriously.

Archaic and absolutely the worst customer experience out there. Call any other place that isn't locked in with ochsner and they're happy to talk to you. H.M.E. expects you to navigate their poorly designed system and fax correspondence.... seriously...FAX?

I had a script and was going to pay directly. I went to where people appreciated the revenue for my CPAP mini and supplies. They are awful.

Bad experience. Very curt on the phone. They needed additional info from drโ€™s office when I called to check on status & I had to do the work following up numerous times. Plus it takes 2 weeks to process request once they receive all the info they request. Ridiculous. Wonโ€™t use again.

Horrible to deal with. Called over a dozen times to order supplies. They assure me someone will return my call. No return calls for over a month. Itโ€™s ridiculous. Should be less than one star.

Every time we order we get items we did not order and they will not accept returns even if not opened. We were told our order would be about $20 now see little over $40. Several items we didnโ€™t order, how hard to get right.

If you have to do business here, keep records of who you spoke with, the date and time, and precisely what you were told. If possible request everything in writing. I assume that everything below was one honest mistake after another due to some issue I can not see, but after all this, I'm done. I'd rather go without than deal with this place again.

Prescription was sent May 23rd. I called them 2 wks later when there was no communication. I placed an order. Received a call 2 days later stating initial order was cancelled. Another order was placed for me. I was assured that nothing would be sent to me until someone called me with a price. I called them after hearing nothing for several days. I was told I was not eligible for supplies until december. I called the next day and was told there was a duplicate order. They cancelled the dupe and told me it would cost $250, that insurance would not cover. I said I cannot afford that and to please cancel. I received a package in the mail on 6/21 without any call regarding price. The package only contained one item. I called on 7/1 and was told I have a zero balance. I was assured I would be contacted if this changed. I asked why this package only contained a single item and not the full order, and I asked how to return this item and I was told they showed no record of it being shipped. I received a bill on 7/22 for three items. I called on 7/23 and was told, again, that insurance did not pay any, and that I was billed for three items. The call went dead after 30 minutes. I called a second time and asked to returned this item since it is still sealed. Now their records show that three items should have been in the box despite the packing list only listing a single item. I am awaiting a call back from the manager which should take about 2 business days. I'm requesting to return the sealed item and for the bill to be voided since I was assured this order had been cancelled over a month ago.

The TL;DR is - Please take your business elsewhere. Every single phone call with this business has given me conflicting information.
