The company was very helpful in obtaining the equipment I need to safely return home and recover after surgery. The insurance approval and delivery happened same day. The delivery person was extremely kind explained how to use everything and made sure I felt stable before leaving. I'm very happy with my medical equipment.

Quite responsive and timely. Representatives are always friendly, courteous and thorough. My only complaint is that there is no online platform to place orders, you have to call and wait for someone to take your call. Although rare, we have received incorrect items. Overall, satisfied with this vendor.

I think his name was John. A handsome short man with big heart and natural care for the people.
He saw, that I was standing next to the couch, kinda bending over and he asked if everything is okey and if I need help! It was just easy to stay for me that way. So I explained that I’m fine and he showed sympathy to me by respect what am I going through and gave me couple of examples how other famous people cope with “new normal” conditions after their accidents.
Then John showed me how to use the walker with all safety precautions and tools, walked me to my car and helped me to load walker to it.
Very nice guy and nice looking lobby.

This group is great. They called ahead to verify where my equipment was going and when it would delivered. They were very prompt and delivery went without a hitch. I got to my appointment 30 minutes early since I live a little far from them. I was seen within minutes. I was greeted by George and he was super nice. He explained everything I needed to know thoroughly and made sure I understood. I was there for about 30 minutes total and was treated kindly by the staff from beginning to end. Definitely don't mind the ongoing business I'll have to do with them! Fantastic service!

Delivery was wonderful! The technician Abel Suarezwas very helpful. We got a time notification and he was here exactly at the time he promised. He even brought the item inside because I had something in the way and there was no way to maneuver around it. He was very kind and efficient.
