The company has moved or closed down. We were not notified of any changes to the company to prepare us to find another company to provide service. We now have equipment that is malfunctioning and no company to service. Smh....customers should have been notified of the move or closing. I drove 25 minutes to find another company has moved into this location that Advance Medical Equipment had.

The staff at Advanced Medical Equipment I can honestly say actually care about their clients. My husband has been on oxygen after a long hospital stay since December. There have been some hiccups but they have shown that it's not about money with them they actually care! Even with me setting off one day because I was frustrated and upset with something beyond their control and I had to call back and eat humble pie, they showed me so much grace as they know this has been a traumatic experience my husband and I have been through. They are used to dealing with these kinds of things. I truly feel they go above and beyond to help their clients. I highly recommend this place. Leslie, Savannah , and I can't remember the sweet lady's name that came to deliver my husband's oxygen early the next morning herself because they were short delivery drivers and one of their staff members didn't put my husband's order in for oxygen and he had an appt the next day, I thank you so very much for your kindness.

This company has been nothing but a hassle since we were forced to change to it for medical supplies for our toddler. He requires medical feeding equipment but this company refuses to send the required connecting tubes for his G/J port. These tubes are supposed to be replaced weekly but we have not recieved ONE replacement unit in a year. We have to recycle and reuse tubes that become fouled with the formula and CANNOT be fully cleaned and sterilized. We have been told that they require a separate prescription for the tubes which we have had to get from the GI doctors 3 different times and we still have yet to receive one replacement tube. He NEEDS 4 per month. Do not do business with them if you have a choice.

Recently dealt with Advanced Medical Equipment (AME) in Kenner based on the need for various equipment for my father who was being released from a local care facility. The request for equipment was initiated by the facility but time was of the essence. We dealt with Beth who did an incredible job providing timely service and even delivered equipment which the care facility incorrectly said was not covered by insurance.
Beth dealt with the care facility, got them to obtain doctor authorization for additional equipment and had it all delivered as promised within two days of the initial request. Outstanding service.
