This place doesn't want to work, just get money! They harassed me at work...called me late at night, wanted a toilet...then wheelchair. I have no paperwork from them. Ed died I am his wife. They take advantage. The police and my lawyer have been notified! I will keep my home camera on. Neighborhood watch is alerted. They checked with no one...hospital, nursing home, Medicare or his Healthcare Company! We, lawyer/police and I are on alert. No one there has called back to get their stuff. None efficient company. Zero stars!

I would not allow these ppl to care for my family if at all possible, not even an enemy.. they are incompetent , refuse to answer the phone, provide service for my dad and the archaic equipment they provide. My dad has spent the last week in the hospital after being fiabnosed with a fungal infection in his lungs from a dirty oxygen machine that they refused to change or provide clean filter for over 2 years or more. The only oxygen he breathes is through this machine. He is still sick and on medicine for months and months. He cannot breathe well even with an oxygen machine at this point. They should be put out of business. And given me a little time? May very well happen. Disgusting!!

My brother got a feeding tube April 13 2023 and it is now June 6 and we still have not received any nutrition supplies from this company. They won’t return phone calls either. I came to their office and the door was locked during business hours. I will not recommend using this company.

Everyone here is super nice and they are just great overall people.. they worked soo hard to get us what we needed each and every month at a price we could work with. They have such a warm family orentated presence about the place. i absoultly love doing business with them!
