The folks at DME are not only knowledgeable and professional but also compassionate and courteous. Bruce worked very hard to make sure my wife had exactly the right equipment she needed and made several trips back and forth to the house to ensure everything was just right. We have been using his service for a year now, and have absolutely no complaints. We strongly and wholeheartedly recommend DME.

I had the opportunity to consult with DME Direct regarding medical equipment for my mother who is 85 years old. The knowledge, courtesy and efficient service is to be commended. The owner was extremely compassionate and detail oriented to my situation. He was able to provide me with the necessary equipment needed and the delivery was extremely timely. Once the equipment was delivered, I received a comprehensive lesson an instructions regarding the care and treatment of the equipment. My mother was very pleased with what had been purchased as the equipment made her feel comfortable. After a few hours passed, we received a personal call as a follow-up to the purchase . I expressed my complete satisfaction and appreciation for the manner in which the business was handled. As a caregiver to my mother, I strongly recommend this company for all of your medical needs and consultation. Thank you DME for making a difference in the care of my mother!

I visited New Orleans and was in the need of a concentrator. Angelle was super helpful, professional, and supportive. It was waiting for me at the hotel when we arrived and there were no hangups, headaches, heartburn, or issues. She simply got it done and the cost was very reasonable. These 5 stars belong to her.

Bruce, with DME Direct is awesome!! I contacted DME and other medical supply places in the New Orleans and Jefferson Parish in search of a replacement cord for my Mom's portable oxygen concentrator. Bruce noted they didn't have any, but told me he will check with some contacts and get back to me. In my past experience, I would rarely get a call back from a company that did not have an item I requested, but 10 mins. later I received a call from Bruce. He told me to get a pen and paper and wright a phone number and contact to someone who could help me out. I reached out to the contact and arranged the purchase and to pick up the power cord later in the afternoon. When I was in route to pick up the item I received a call from Bruce checking to see if I made contact and if I had the power cord, I was shocked and speechless. I was so surprised that this gentleman would actually follow up to see if I was able to get an item that I didn't purchase from his business. Bruce is a rare person in today's world of customer service. You can believe that if there's ever a need for medical equipment the very first place I will be contacting is DME!! Thank you Bruce for your kind heart and professional service. DME is certainly an outstanding business having you a part of their team.

DME Direct, LLC, Home Medical Equipment, owned and lead by Bruce Roussell has been a life saver for me. I found Bruce as a result of a purchase of a motorized scooter for my aunt, a nun with the Sisters of the Holy Family. As I don’t live in New Orleans, I needed to find someone local to assist with routine and non routine maintenance. Each and every time I’ve called his company, he has responded within hours. Each visit my aunt has expressed how professional, helpful and kind he is. I haven't had an issue that he couldn't resolve quickly. I give him and his staff 5 stars!
