Chose it because of its high rating, but very disappointed. It pushes you to use cash by charging a high credit card fee(3.5%?). You pay cash and get a handwritten receipt, instead of a printed one. The transaction doesn't even go into their system. I think everyone knows what it means. And a very long waiting time when I showed up on time. And I notice it says you will be charged 20 more for a weekend appointment because the employees work overtime for your convenience. That's funny. It wants making more money by opening in the weekend but don't want to pay extra for its employees and then ask the patients to pay for that for the sake of the patients' convenience. How grateful I feel.
My recommendation is to choose a large hospital like Oschner or LCMC Health, instead of this private clinics.

Was in the office 2 weeks ago with my husband. The doctor said I haven't been seen in a while and said I needed blood work. He told the nurse to make me an appointment which was for today at 8:15 for blood work. I fasted was at the office for 8:00 and was told there's no orders for blood work so it could not be done and the doctor wouldn't arrive till after 9:00 and I would have to be seen before having blood work. The ball was definitely dropped.

I must say that 9/15/2023, was my first visit and it was a very good experience. My initial interaction was with nurse Kaylee. She was amazing. She has a beautiful, caring, and welcoming spirit. My next interaction was with my lab tech. I apologize that I don't remember her name, but she was also amazing. I have been told that I my veins are difficult to find. Well this time I didn't even feel the usual pinch and days later, still no bruising. Thank you two for making my first visit a great one.

Access Health is accepted but not necessarily honored. We was called to the back within 10-15 mins of signing in. However, after being called to the back we waited almost an hour to see the doctor. Very nice doctor. The staff was nice but if you intend to be in and out, seek another urgent care.

Excellent medical facility for primary and urgent care. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and truly interested in helping patients. Would recommend this clinic, they met my needs and I wouldn’t hesitate to come again should I need to.

We had a really good experience with immigration medicals exams at Gretna Medical Center. Since the first phone call Ms. Rosy was really nice and professional explaining the cost and the process. Clinic looks clean and the overall experience was good. The Civil Surgeon also was nice, respectful and thorough. We also didn’t have to wait long. Would recommend.

Don’t give someone a 7:30 appointment for blood draw if you don’t open until 8. I don’t appreciate my time being wasted. I won’t waste yours if you don’t waste mine! I sat on the stairs by the front door for 15 minutes. Don’t question why I’m irritated at that point. Get better management.

By far the nicest, fastest, and most hygienic clinic around. With all the stress I’ve had recently, it was a godsend having everything go so smoothly. Kenny at the front desk was great with getting all the paperwork together and made everything easy and fast. The staff was all professional and very friendly.

It’s hard to find a good clinic these days post-pandemic with everywhere being understaffed, plain nasty, or booked out 6 months in advance, but you guys were thankfully a wonderful exception!

Keep up the great work. Will definitely be back!
