Very accommodating! Helped in filing claim to replace in-kind, lost hearing aids which was a big help financially, as well as expediting replacement. Exceptional service! There has also been exceptional follow-up on adjustments for assurance of peak performance!

Tyler Wagnon and Michelle are compassionate, professionals. That put patients first and not the bottom line benefit to them. I have been in that situation and waisted money on hearing aids that never gave me good sound that I had to purchase myself because that audiologist would not work with Medicare. Tyler listened to my frustrations with those hearing aids, made suggestions on brands with pros and cons, and shared ALL cost options not just the most expensive. Now I have hearing aids that are the best I’ve ever had by means of hearing ability and cost. Plus he easily worked with my Medicare insurance. I am now a lifelong patient of Tyler Wagnon and Michelle at Hearing Health!!!
