Absolutely fantastic people healthcare workers are wonderful office people are wonderful . My doctors are fantastic. and absolutely suggest they build elder apartments, next to their clinics. And I certainly love the doctor Chen's family For what they have developed in healthcare area . And what I do suggest also is that they get more specialists in each of their facilities. such as family services and dentistry besides the apartment buildings for elders.

I became a Patient of JenCare when hurricane Laura displaced me and returned me back to New Orleans where I was raised! Homeless, Disabled, with So many Health Issues living in The Marriott Hotel! Get this at the time Of Covid.. JenCare was there to talk to me, and all that needed help in getting needs Medically met. Lapalco yes I Love them .. EVERY ONE is More Than you Know to me. The Doctors, The Staff , Al my baby , Transportation is still Keeping me alive. That’s why one of the reasons I want give up ! Yes I live on the other side from where I go to see them . It makes a difference in my life. Laplaco JenCare # for me

I really love everyone at JenCare Medical Center, they all are so supportive and thoughtful of your needs, Every doctor I have ever had there are so attentive to your needs. It’s scary being old but when you are surrounded around people who care it makes it easier. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Thanks JenCare.

As my mother’s caregiver, I accompany her to Dr.’s appt…Dr. White (NP) is “AWESOME” - she’s sooo patient, knowledgeable, professional…very pleasant demeanor. I actually enjoy going to appointment. The Front Desk Agents…Michelle, Allen, Mercedes- I know by name…all are extremely pleasant and professional. When we walk in, they acknowledge us immediately. ..rain or shine. If they’ve had a bad morning, we never know…consistently GREAT. I would definitely recommend JenCare.
