We have never had any issues with Pelican Supply. They have auto shipping set up and bill our insurance appropriately. The invoices are received timely from them with an enclosed envelope. The only thing is that sometimes the ink from the invoice sticks to these envelops. Otherwise, always pleasant and willing to help over the phone.

I have been trying to get medical supplies in this company for over two months. Miss Denise is completely incompetent and extremely rude. Never calls back when she supposed to. And very disrespectfully raises her voice on the phone for absolutely no reason. Do business elsewhere. Definitely not accompany you want to do business with

I needed a wheelchair for a knee injury I suffered at work. I called Pelican and told them what I needed and gave them my insurance information. They called me two days later and they had my wheelchair ready and waiting for me. All I had to do is go pick it up. It would have been even faster if the insurance company hadn’t help up the process. Pelican did everything for me. I am impressed by their timely and courteous service.

Very rude n loud.. no common courtesy, she wannit' to make sure I knew she was the owner, the Boss, so the owner just snatched the phone from the other worker Denise hand, as she stated, And started her Ms Karen attitude, I couldn't even get a word in to talk because she was talking so much, I just wannit' ask them 1 question, and to let them know that the back legs of the commode wasn't catching, but my words wasn't heard over hers the boss.. Ms Karen n Denise. Really need to know about common courtesy and listen to they customer, before they jump down there a paying customer throat, about a product that was purchased from their store.. I guess by their reaction, they probably have a lotta folks bringing back junk from purchases fron them.. ijs Good luck in the future...Good Day
