We are so incredibly grateful to be able to work with Casie to help our child reach his optimal potential. He struggles with ADHD and other health issues that greatly impact his day to day life, especially school. Casie has gone above and beyond to help him and continues to research and find more information on how we can help him to improve his symptoms and be his best self. Casie is just amazing! When I initially went to see her I was feeling very defeated. My blood work results were terrible. My general practitioner wanted me to start taking testosterone pellets but I was very against it so i looked for a natural approach. That is when I found Casie. She was able to help me in a holistic approach I was much more comfortable with. I have referred all of my friends and family to Casie and will continue to refer her because I believe in the work that she does.

I struggled with post partum depression after I had My daughter. It took several months to start feeling somewhat better. I lost a close loved one very tragically, right as I was starting to feel a little better. That sent me spiraling into the worst depression I’ve ever experienced in my life. My anxiety was through the roof, It was a fight to get out of bed every morning. What forced me to get up was my baby girl, because I had to be there for her. Through this time I re gained the baby weight I lost plus some. I tried to eat healthy and work out but I just could not lose weight, a problem I’ve never had before. My body began hurting, was very inflamed, I was so fatigued- no matter how much sleep I got it was never enough. My skin was terrible. I had severe bloating that wouldn’t go away. I couldn’t sleep-literally could not sleep no matter what I did. My mind and body would not shut off. It was one health issue after the other. I truly hit the lowest point I’ve ever been at. I was wishing the days away, just ready for them to end as soon as they’d begin. After living like this well over a year, I decided enough was enough. That’s when I found Casie- a true angel sent from God! She did a full panel of blood work on me to see what was wrong, encouraged me to detox my body from the toxic things I was putting into it (birth control, adhd meds, processed foods etc), she put me on the supplements my body was lacking, and began teaching me more about the holistic side of things. I began eating very clean again, working out again, and really pushing myself every day even though most days I didn’t feel like it. I’m not 100% converted over to holistic living yet, but I have incorporated way more holistic and functional medicines and approaches to my life. I’m not fully where I want to be yet, but I am getting closer and closer each day. My quality of life has significantly increased! Most of my depression is gone, my anxiety has improved, my bloating is gone, I’m seeing results from my clean eating and workouts again, and I am sleeping again! Casie is the only Dr I will see from now on. I’m so thankful God led me to her!
