It is a VERY LONG WAIT!!! BUT!, they take excellent care of you, and really take the time to listen to ALL of your complaints, and experiences of your problems/illness. And they follow up. I've been going since 2018,and I continue, even in spite of the wait, bc they are caring, involved, and update your medical conditions. I will continue to go, in spite of the time wait. - plus they have a Psychiatrist on site.

I agree with almost everyone complaining about this facility! I call 2 weeks ago for my medication refill almost 3 weeks ago! Called this Monday to find out why I haven't gotten them and said the doctor was going to call me that day. She never called. Tuesday called again. Said she was going to call me before the end of the day. Now it's Thursday! I'm still waiting! Yeah, I'm fixing to find a new doctor and complain to someone who can maybe make this a better place! I have 4 damn puffs left in my inhaler. I've never been this low without another one.

Dr's are nice. Staff not all are great. If you're not friends with one of the nurses you'll wait forever. But if you know one of them you're going straight back.

I love my dr. I see Dr Guidry, she has helped me so much... me my daughter and my boyfriend are all patients here sometimes theres a wait because they get short handed sometimes, but i need anything all i have to do is call my dr.

I transferred here from SLHSA BHC almost a year ago. I've been very pleased by the attention and treatment I have received from Dr Talluri's staff. They have made referrals and recommendations to Specialists about problems that I have been telling my previous primary care provider about for a couple of years. Hopefully now I will receive the care that I have needed for so long.

Pays more attention to chart than patient. Is not very supportive of family involvement in patient care. She has cornered the nursing home market in Thibodaux, LA. Entire practice funded by Medicare and office staff is just a bunch of paper pushing billing specialists that wear scrubs to make you feel better about them fleecing the flock. My advice: Go to a real doctor not this Fedicare puppet.

Love the care that I receive with Dr. G. Talluri's clinic. I usually see Chantel whom is very good. She checks everything out and if she suspects something to be going on she follows up and monitors your care. I have seen Dr. Talluri a few times now, most often in the hospital. She is very good. She looks at all the problems you have when in the hospital and calls in specialist if needed as when I had a stroke. This is a great team of health care providers. The office staff are also very friendly and willing to help you out as needed. Thanks for taking care of me. P. Boudreaux
