I called weeks ago to make an appointment with Dr.Dev to RE-ENOLL as a patient because i haven’t been to the clinic since 2021 and now I’m back closer to the area. Sounds easy enough. Confirmed an appointment for like 2 weeks after I called and got 2 separate automated calls the day before the Wednesday morning appointment CONFIRMING said appointment. I get there Wednesday at 9 am and I’m curtly told by receptionist if that’s what they call themselves, that the Dr is not there and they “tried to call but the phone wouldn’t work”. The same exact phone that i called to MAKE the appointment and the same phone i got an automated call CONFIRMING the appointment was in my hand with no missed call from the clinic indicating anything. I was then told to have a seat while they see if the Nurse Practitioner would be able to “squeeze me in” that day. Turns out that wasn’t even possible and the next available appointment was almost ANOTHER 2 weeks from now. Pathetic dropped balled coverage. I hate this clinic. And i wouldn’t advise anyone seek care here unless it’s the last option on earth. Pitiful people doing a pitiful job.

Cannot stand this clinic every single time I come here I’m here for 1-3 hour, last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve been here 6 hours (2 ish hours each visit) I don’t think I’ll ever come back if I could give 0 starts I could. Some of the staff are rude as well. Might as well bring a charger and a blanket because your gonna be here all day, bring some medicine because your gonna get a blister from sitting so long

I was a client at this clinic for years. Unfortunately this location just never had it together. The waiting time was always horrible, the customer service from the admin was always poor quality and unethical, and the lack of care for the clients “needs” truly showed. I have now moved out of state and the process of getting my medical records faxed is continuously getting pushed back. The bad service never ended. If you can, avoid this location!

This is the slowest dr office ever . Never seen at appt time. Expect to wait 1-2 hours and there hardly ppl in lobby to even wait this long and there multiple drs in this office . So it’s ridiculous

Don’t waste your time and you’ll die waiting on these people to get your referral. The whole place is trashy. They will keep calling you back for appointment after appointment just cause they want to keep them in the insurance they’re all incompetent.!

New in town and called because website says they offer Chiropractic Services. The lady asked me why I was coming and I told her I had disc problems and the move here had inflamed the problem. She begin to tell me they didn't accept any pain management patients or new patients. I told her I was not looking for pain management or drugs, that the website says they offer Chiropractic Services and she was extremely rude to me and I read right of their website to her and she just keep saying no we don't offer Chiropractic. If you can't bother to keep your website current and have such rude staff I would never come to your clinic. Update your website instead of insulting potential clients.

I've been bringing my kids here for a year and a half. We were new to the area and I hadn't heard good things about our local pediatricians so I made the choice to check this clinic out. We've been using them ever since. I'll happily drive the 35 miles out of my way to take my kids somewhere they are treated well. My kids have special needs and a lot of time I feel the need to apologize for their rambunctious behavior. Here though, they told me that I never need to apologize, that they're fine. They listen to my concerns, actually listen, not like other places that don't seem to account for "mothers intuition". There is never a long wait, no matter how full the waiting room, and they can almost always get us in the same day if needed. Thank you for making me feel heard!

My name is Irina Olson, I am a current patient at Thibodaux Medical Clinic and have been for the last 6 years. I do love the Clinic, because the staff is nice and polite and Doctor Gayathri Talluri, MD is simply THE BEST!!! She is very intelligent, professional and VERY kind! She is not a doctor, she is THE doctor! She has helped me SO much and still DOES! In fact, I have been scheduled to see her again today. Best doctor EVER!!! Highly recommend!
