Just recently called trying to schedule an appointment. They answered but I was put on hold ,and once I was off hold someone answered and said that I have the wrong number.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment since December 8, 2021 and today is February 9, 2022. When calling, the only response I get is the robot system that continues to replay options. Unfortunately this is the only group that accepts my insurance in my area. I find this appalling!

As promised from my initial experience ... after I had to wait 6 months and rual health kept changing my appointment... I wrote a review based on my experience... however I was asked to email them and I did and she was able to get me an appt... she was really nice about it and was working with me and kept me updated ... so I will revise my review to 5 stars because of her thank you so much I greatly appreciate you for doing this for me ...
