I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Carlos my representative and the Anniston office. He worked so hard to get my insurance threw as quickly as he could I have pretty bad sleep apnea and he new I was scared to go home with out one and wait until the insurance came threw, he called them relentlessly until it went threw. He was great in showing me how to use it and he really was just wonderful!

William (Randy) was very professional and courteous. He took extra care in ensuring we understand our equipment.
The only negative was the rep that brought our equipment to travel and their was not enough charge for us to get home so we traveled 30 minutes without oxygen.

Breana and Donna were great! But a couple of times that i’ve called or been in office their has been problems the “system” , computer, website etc., this is difficult for the staff, difficult for the customer, and could eventually be bad for business
