It's been a month since I have had my CPAP machine. First of all it started with a phone call to get all set up Wendy is very polite and professional. She made it so easy and arrange for a tech to come and help me set it up. (so you will know I was scare and nervous not sure what to expect). My anxiety was out of control. She made it easy. They don't have attitude when you call them more then once always answers with a good attitude.

Then Mr. Ray came to delivery the machine. Now I'm more afraid and nervous. But Mr. Ray made it so easy and patience. He explained it and show me how to use the machine. He was very detailed and made it easy like 1, 2, 3. Thank you at Egan DME for caring and doing your job with love stating from the phone call. And getting my supplies and marking everything for me. I will continue and recommend anyone to use Egan.

Mr. Ray you are awesome tech I appreciate it all from my corazón heart.

Now I'm a pro with this (yeah right) laughing.

95 events in hour. Has not deemed it important enough to get cpap to me. Made up reasons as to why not. Call at 4:30 put on hold til five. Told me there was waiting list and my responsibility to make sure they do their job. Possible heart condition. They could care less. Still have not received.
