I have Dr. Duda as my PCP and I absolutely love her! She listens to my concerns and addresses them promptly. The staff is fantastic! Always friendly and informative. It's been a long time since I've been 100% satisfied with my care. Thank you Ashburnham Family Medine😊

Our family moved to the area in 2016 and initially chose this practice for our care. At the time we were impressed with the doctors, NPs, and staff. It started to shift downwards in late 2018 - early 2019 when one of the doctors left and subsequent hires occurred. It was around that time where I expressed concerns with my toddler’s development and Dr Shultes made me feel like an absolute idiot for it. She sent in a referral for an evaluation to UMass and then closed it soon afterwards without notifying us. Per UMass, Dr Shultes advised them that it “would be unnecessary and a waste of time”. When I learned of this egregious act was when I decided to leave. After finding better care, it was confirmed that my concerns were indeed valid. It’s taken time between waitlists and a pandemic but we now have proper supports and therapies in place to thrive, thankfully.

If anything, this experience taught me that not all doctors can be trusted. That there are some, such as Dr Shultes, who allow their personal opinions and beliefs (especially around mental health and neurological conditions) be a barrier to what should be unbiased, compassionate, evidence based care.

I would give no stars on the doctor alone but it wouldn’t be fair to the other providers and staff in the practice. A lot of them are wonderful and kind.

I transferred to Dr. Duda after my previous doctor left for Boston. I really like her. She listens to me and makes sure I have said everything I need too, and have understood her plan every time. I've never had a problem getting referrals or appts and everyone has been respectful to me.

I love all the nurses and secretary's, they are professional and great. Frank is amazing and so happy to have him there otherwise I would leave. Dr. Shultes is the most unprofessional doctor I've ever met. On the first appointment I had with her she "diagnosed" me with bipolar because I was wearing 4 necklaces, a bunch of bracelets on each wrist and a ring. She said this is a clear indication. I work in a mental health facility and know the medical definition... This is imagination.
I was going through a hard time in my life and to hear something like that and not respecting what my therapist suggested disgusted me. And she has a horrible attitude, every visit and actually has lied to me multiple times. I do not recommended this facility while Dr. Shultes is employed

Will not use them again. After a horrible experience where I felt very judged and did not get any kind of productive outcome, they cancelled my next appointment by email and never contacted me to explain why or reschedule. They barely even do basic refills so I stopped going. Moving on. The only reason they get 2 stars is because Frank was nice.

Staff here is rude and unhelpful, seriously borderline useless front office and phone receptionists. Doctors are great, I recommend the practice do something about it’s lay staff, the only reason I have given 1/5 stars is so this will be addressed.

My family all goes to Ashburnham Family Medicine. We have been very happy with the care we have received and quickness they have gotten us in when we call. My teens feel comfortable with all of the staff as we have seen just about everyone.

They were fine circa 2019 but ever since its been increasing amounts of dismissive behavior, lack of empathy, and feeling unsupported beyond basic care.
