If I could leave zero stars I would.
I’ve been sick for almost 2 weeks now with strep throat. My original appointment took over a hour for a throat swab and for Dr. to do her careless “exam”
Put a call into this office a week later at 8am for a call back from a nurse to potentially get a different medication since I haven’t been improving. Called around 2pm and was told a nurse would call me right back. Never did. Waited all day for this phone call, and now I’m forced to go to urgent care instead. Shows how useless and uncaring PCP drs truly are. Don’t waste your time here.

I have had a lot of trouble finding someone who could help me with all my UTIs and when I call and give a urine sample and have to wait 5 days for the results and some medication. That was not where I wanted to be. My PCP RECOMMENDED Melissa Long and I was happy with her first visit Thank you for caring.

Scheduled a new patient visit with Dr. Tammy Vargas on 8/14/2024 and was surprisingly able to schedule an appointment for 8/30/2024. The day before my appointment, I get a voicemail from a Michelle letting me know that they where unaware that it was a new patient appointment and therefore needed to reschedule since Dr. Vargas did not have availability for new patient appointments until 2025. I was surprised as the intake form had an option to define that I was a new patient which I had selected. I called the office and then was able to reschedule to the only date she was able to provide 10/14/2024. Today, I walk into the office and was asked if I had checked in online and once I told them I had she looks at my insurance and tells me that because I have an old PCP listed and not the new Dr. I was unable to be seen. As you can imagine I am pissed. 1. I have never in my 40 years had to add or change a PCP. 2. They have had over two months with my info and not once, not even during the week prior, did they reach out to make sure that the form of PAYMENT, was all set. As you can imagine, I will never step foot there again, nor would I ever recommend them nor Dr. Vargas. I find it completely unprofessional, as a career business support person, if I know this is key to seeing someone I would have communicated that early on or at least check when looking at the upcoming patient visit. Had I been allowed to post this with no stars, I would have.

I feel blessed to be under the care of Dr. Tammy Vargas and the Saint Vincent Group’s wonderful team. Dr. Vargas assessment, intervention and follow-up medical skills has helped me to live a better quality of life. She is kind and thoughtful and goes above and beyond expectations. I am retired but I was a nurse for 43 years. I have had some serious health issues. She has referred me to specialist when needed. I live a happy productive life today because of the knowledge, and guidance she has given me over the years. I will be 70 next year and I feel great! Thank you & God Bless you Dr. Vargas!

This practice is incredibly well organized. The staff and Dr. Sayko are so kind and caring. They outreach to me for all of my health care follow ups like for mammogram and flu shot, it is super easy to send requests to the portal. The amazing team always sends a prompt response. Awesome service.

Don't try to become a new patient. One of the only providers in the area approved by my insurance (gotta love our insurance setup in this country) so I called to try and set up an appointment. Bad enough that it's over a year out till anyone can get in, but the receptionist was immediately and unnecessarily very rude. Like the prospect of needing medical care in this country was offensive to her. Got my last prescription from my previous dr. before she left the field and now just left to fend for myself when I run out.
