For a walk-in, waiting an hour and half to be seen is, I’ll say okay. The service however compensates for the wait. Physician Assistant wasn’t so engaging and seemed like she wasn’t interested in what she did, though she was respectful. The physician however was super duper great! Although they didn’t offer the service for which I went there, he took his time to explain my concerns and directed me to the right resources. It’s a shame I couldn’t get his name. Receptionist was amazing and very respectful too. I’ll recommend this place.

The front desk people were pleasant and helpful. We were coming in on an emergency basis, and they were able to get us in more quickly than the next available scheduled appointment. The doctor and his assistant were both professional and pleasant. They did not make us feel hurried and offered time to answer questions if we had any. One "thing" regarding the cleanliness of the facility was immediately remedied and I was thanked for bringing it to their attention. We were very satisfied with our experience.

What an awesome experience! Dave the MA was fantastic and he treated me like a VIP. Dr. P (Rollie) is one of the nicest NP’s I’ve ever met. He too amazing care of my wife and my little one early last year when they had a terrible fall. After my experience with him, I knew I had to come back to be seen (we got hit with Flu A). This urgent care and the staff here are amazing and I wouldn’t think to go elsewhere. If you’re in the area, look no further as they will take amazing care of you.

The last two times I’ve brought my 12 year old daughter here I’ve made an appointment on their website ahead of time and did not wait very long upon arrival, we were called back before the people who had walked in. The lady at the front desk was nice. I had realized after I completed my online registration that I had put the wrong insurance card in, and she helped me fix it when I got there. The nurse and doctor were also very kind to me and my daughter. They answered any questions I had. When we left today my daughter made a comment that she likes it here because they are always so nice to her and how much she liked the doctor, Rolando Perea. Thank you to the entire staff for giving us such a pleasant experience every time we’ve come here.

I had a great experience here. Not only were they kind and sympathetic on the phone but also in person. Nurse Stephanie was very thorough and engaging and Dr Drew was helpful, thorough and kind. Highly recommend!!

Took a bad fall into a metal railing on my back and could not get in with my doctor for 2 days so I went to Carewell thinking I’d be able to get x-rays. I was a walk in and was aware that I’d have to wait but it was really not busy at all. One person in the waiting room and then me, 2-3 other people came in afterward. I don’t know who had actual appointments and who did not. I waited about 1/2 hour in the waiting room and about 2 hours in the treatment room. I know an ambulance came to pick someone up, so that slowed things down. Getting there at 2:40 and still waiting at 5pm is longer than I expected to wait and I was in a lot of pain. At 5, I put my coat on and got up to leave, asking the nurse or CPA to let them know I was leaving and she told me I had not been waiting that long so why was I leaving?! I told her I had been in the treatment room for 2 hours without anyone coming in to update me or anything and that I’d rather sit at home in pain as opposed to sitting there and not being seen. She proceeded to tell me that the computers had gone down and they just started running again , that I was next on the list and I needed to be patient as she guided me back into the room. The doctor came in a few minutes later and said he was going to check me for Shingles, why, I have no idea. I was in pain from a fall and stated such. I knew I would not get x-rayed as I saw the sign on the front door on my way in, but he never even mentioned that I should have them done. He sent me home with a Rx for muscle relaxant and reiterated a couple of times that it was only enough for a couple of days and that I shouldn’t need more than that. Thankfully, I kept the appointment at my own doctors and got the x-rays, no results until tomorrow but at least I will know if any ribs are fractured/broken. I understand that our health field is very short staffed which causes a lot of stress on those that are working. I don’t know what their idea of a long wait is and 2-3 hours does beat 7+ at the ER but patients should be kept aware of delays and how long they may be waiting. I have been at this facility before without an issue but this visit was very frustrating and stressful, there were no apologies from anyone and whether the doctor meant to or not, he made me feel like I was looking for meds, which I was not. I will probably think twice before going there again.

Such a great clinic and very kind people! Didn’t wait long at all & Veronica and Rollie Perea were amazing. Rollie was super helpful and such a kind/compassionate doctor! Will definitely be returning for any urgent care needs.
