Receptionist refused to give owners name and email address after she was unwilling to waive $50 fee for missing an appointment due to a dying dog being rushed to Tufts an hour before an appointment. Her exact words after hearing why my husband missed were “ma’m you gave us an hour notice,” as if an emergency could be planned better for the business bottom line. Zero heart for a loyal customer that never misses his appointment. Disgusting. I even offered to show the timestamp of when our dog went to Tufts. Give someone else your business.

I called to get an appointment as I am having an issue with my eye. I was told that they cannot see me until December. It was suggested that I go see my primary care doctor. I wanted to say if I have an ear ache and my primary care doctor couldn’t see me right away should I call the eye doctor to see me? Makes no sense whatsoever that she told me to go see my primary care doctor. They are not eye specialist. What the heck….

Dr. McLeod's 20+ years of experience is evident when she takes the time to explain anything related to eye health. She is very down to earth and surrounds herself with a team of professionals who always go the extra mile. I've been getting my exams, contacts, and glasses through McLeod Eye Associates for over ten years and am still impressed by them each time I visit or call. Don't trust your vision to a faceless web site or some national chain. Get the care you deserve through the whole process with Dr. McLeod and her team!

I have done two appointments here with Dr. Mizerak over the past years and highly recommend this place. Dr. Mizerak is gentle, thorough, and professional. He’s willing to answer any questions you have with great detail and to the point. This place is clean and the process is straight forward and stress free for me! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I have always bought glasses online after my appointments, but the woman who helps you pick out glasses there seems super nice!

Today, I visited Dr. McLeod for a thorough check up. I have known the good doctor for many moons.
As a senior citizen, I recall the good old days-- I feel that this eye doctor is a throwback to past years: friendly, attentive, thorough, professional and candid.
I was impressed by the multitude of "tips" which aligned well with her preventive eye care philosophy.

I noted that I did not feel rushed during my whole experience.
I have written this review just after leaving her office.
Just like the many miniature elephant replicas that adorn her shelf and computer-- I will not forget her long time secretary who greeted me at the door, my friendly friend from the LensCrafter days who may assist you with choosing eye glasses, and the gent who I nicknamed "Sharpshooter" who did 4 eye tests prior to me being escorted to a room where I was greeted by Dr. McLeod.
I highly recommend Dr. McLeod for all of your eye care.

Went to eye doctor for a new prescription. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. Dr mizerak was awesome. And took the time to explain step by step the procedure which I appreciated. Also the woman who helped me pick out the glasses was great too. Recently moved to ct but I have decided to continue going to this doctor because every visit is a great experience

Dr. McLeod & her staff were especially accommodating, helping me choose prescription sunglasses, From choosing frames that fit my tiny face to discussing options in the glasses themselves, each & every staff member went over & above to be sure I was satisfied. I have never had the personal service from an eye doctor that I did from Dr McLeod considering that I walked in after having seen another doctor.

The services I refer to here are from several months ago. I have been most remiss in posting them but I will definitely go back & highly recommend that others give them a try. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!
