Erica the dental hygienist is seriously the best! She takes time to explain things and has a lot of knowledge. My family and I take a more natural approach with our daily dental routines and she was very open minded and informative. My kids also love her. She’s a ROCKSTAR! Thank you Erica!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the services rendered to me at Central New England Dental Associates. The Front Staff are always welcoming, considerate, supportive and helpful. My doctor, Dr. Michael Kang, was simply wonderful. Not only has he provided excellent dental services, he has done so in such a kind, gentle comforting way. All of the assisting staff have provided excellent services. I have mostly been assisted by Russ Rivers so a special shout out to him. I would recommend these folks to anyone. So very professional and accommodating. They really listened, and calmed my fears. They made room for me in the schedule right away as I have a broken tooth that needs extracting asap. Prices reasonable and they take Care Credit. Best dentist experience I've had in many years.

I went to CNE Dental for a while and really loved the treatment I received from multiple different prosthodontists there. Unfortunately, my view of the practice turned once I had an encounter with the owner, Dr. Bedi. He was perfectly nice and polite to me, but the way he treated the hygienist working with him made me want to cry. He was extremely short with her, condescending and even aggressive, such as when he ripped a paper out of her hand when she wasn’t doing something fast enough for him. He was actually so harsh with her that he was MAKING her mess up, and then reprimanding her for doing so. I’m simply not comfortable returning to a practice where the owner treats their employees like this, so I will not be returning.

Had a cleaning visit today with Erica - new to the practice hygienist. She was awesome! Experienced and personable. Going to the dentist is never easy for me, but Erica made the process comfortable. The admin staff rock too!

Dr Bedi and Dr Litwin are experts in their craft. Together you are not going to find a better team who works together for your health. The whole crew that works at CNE Dental are extremely professional and very talented. I highly recommend them.

Terrible communication, my hygienist apparently quit and they never informed me despite calling me the day of my appointment to confirm I was coming even though I confirmed using the text message reply the Friday prior. My appointment started 15min late and then I had to wait 15min for the dentist to come in and do the final check causing me to be late to my other appointment with my daughter afterwards. I will not be returning to this office for my oral care.
