My mother in law needed some ostomy supplies today, which is new year day, and the owner (probably the owner) went out his way to meet us at the store for us to get supplies. My wife needed a special wheelchair to get thru some narrow doorways in our house. The good folks at TC Medical Supply worked with us until we found just the right chair for a reasonable price. Great service and excellent products! Their inventory of other medical equipment was really impressive as well. After purchasing ostomy bags/ supplies for my father, I did a check online to see pricing to maybe use this company for him in the future. My research shows he marks the prices up double the actual manufacture site. If you need collection bags, go to Amazon the same day. My parents are on a fixed income, like most patients need these bags, and he is gauging prices.

This place is not customer service oriented and their supplies are over priced. The saddest part of it is they don't do returns or refunds, but they don't tell you that until your card has processed. It's also not advertised anywhere in the store. DO NOT go here. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE. They also aren't educated on what they are selling. Asked for a wash pan for a bed bath and the man brought me a bed pan for passing bowel and urine.

We recently rented a hospital bed to use downstairs when I had knee replacement surgery. They have a great inventory of reasonably priced medical equipment and supplies for purchase and/or rental. John, was courteous and professional each time we spoke. His delivery, set-up and pick-up schedules were both flexible and accommodating. I needed a scooter to rent for an event visit and had a remarkable experience renting from Mr. John at Totalcare Medical supply. It was a Saturday rental and he assured the scooter was clean, charged and ready for pickup. Pickup and drop-off were a breeze and I really appreciated his courtesy while doing business. I would certainly recommend them for scooter rental. Also, the price of the rental could not be beat!
