I’ve visited ADA twice now. The first time to rent a knee scooter and the second time when I was in a pickle and a previously ordered walking boot wasn’t going to arrive in time. These folks are great, I needed a bed delivered for my Mother who was returning from 3 weeks in rehab after a hip replacement. They were able to accommodate our needs and had a full electric bed set up later that same day. We had a great experience! My sister in law needs a smaller rollator and they were able to order one and lowered her wheel chair seat so she can use on her own! They were so helpful and easy to work with and we both would come back again!

I came in from Maryland for a cheer competition and needed an item I left behind at home. Mr. James was very nice and helpful. He had the item I needed ready before I got there and was even bringing it out to the vehicle for me when I pulled up. The store was very clean and convenient. His demeanor was helpful and pleasant. ADA Medical Supply gets it. They're there to help their customers during stressful times. They had the rental equipment that I needed at a reasonable price, wheelchair, and a gel cushion to make extended sitting better tolerated and more comfortable. Back in Nov. 2024 we needed a recliner after shoulder surgery. Stopped in and Aniedi could not have been nicer. Very professional. 2 hours later, Devin delivered the recliner. So happy with their service. Would use them again. Thank you.
