If I could give a negative star review, I would do so!
This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is a joke at best and the 24/7 service is a lie! My mom has been lying on a broken bed for almost a week and we can't get anyone to come out and fix/replace it.

If you need any kind of medical supplies, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This has been nothing but a hassle from the start, just trying to get the equipment to the house, as "we lived so far out" and now the bed breaking is ridiculous!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give no stars, if I could. This place can hardly be called a business! Complete and utter incompetence. I have scheduled 5 times for a pick up of equipment before and after my relative passed away, each time they promised a window of time for pickup as well as a call when the driver was en route. Not once has anyone called or shown up for the pick up. Each time I called, they told me it wasn't on the schedule, absolutely unacceptable! I've spoken to 5 different staff members, and each one of them have promised, but no results! I asked for the managers contact info, Scott Simpson, I asked when the next time he would be in the office, I was told "it's hard to tell, whenever he shows up that's when he in". I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!

If I could give negative stars I would. They never delivered when they said they would. It wasn’t until I got our nursing home provider to email, they took me seriously. Considering my mother needed oxygen, that’s just not something she could have survived without. She unfortunately passed in March. It’s July and I am still getting invoices despite repeated calls and emails. They picked up their equipment in March.

I wanted to give 0 stars. My husband passed away in May. We had a wheelchair that was picked up accidentally by the medical supply company we used for his bed, oxygen and concentrator, etc.. Once I realize this and called the man, I will withhold his name for now, I spoke with had no compassion at all. He was irritated, he made me cry when he said . “We are out a wheelchair and you will be billed for it.” I lost my husband and he is worried about a wheelchair. For the past several months I have tried to locate the wheelchair But have had no luck. I indeed have been billed for the wheelchair. Someone like this man should not be working for a company that at times deals with loss of life. No compassion and gives the company a bad name.

If I could give them a rating below one star I would. Erica contacted me yesterday regarding my mom‘s walker after she had already been discharged and at home from rehab. They were supposed to deliver it between 1 and 5 PM yesterday and nobody showed or called. I have called multiple times with no response. My mom ended up back in the hospital. They said she should never have never been discharged without getting it delivered and Erica wanted to ship it to me instead of deliver it. I just called and was put on hold for over 11 minutes and called back and Erica has the biggest attitude and very condescending. She will not let me talk to Stewart Gibson who is the owner. She told me to watch my tone because I told her that they don’t care about taking care of other people other than collecting their paycheck and she said I can feel free to come down in person because their doors are open. Sounds like a threat to me.

I called this company based on a facility referral and spoke to customer service representative Erica. I tried to be patient about this unusual situation. Only had the equipment 4 days and loved one passed away and requested a return and refund. This person listed above never returned call back. Weeks later finally reached a decision for refund. I will never recommend this company and I will be disputing the charges.

This is a predatory business. They "mis-filed" my grandmother's payment and sent her a new bill. If I hadn't intervened, Alex would've just had her keep on paying something she didn't owe. They also refuse to pick up the oxygen, but of course she still got billed for the four months she was begging them to come pick it up. And as a cherry on top, Alex is an intensely rude and unpleasant and difficult individual. He is preying on the sick and elderly. DO NOT let you loved ones accept equipment from this despicable and horrible business. They only get one star because zero isn't an option. Terrible

I used this company for their equipment to support my mother. I have left messages for Alex and others in reference to billing. This company has been negligent in responding and continues to bill when their equipment was returned in August 2022. The staff turnover at the company is ongoing but Alex in billing has been the staple and yet he doesn't respond. This populates to 1.6 it is actually less than one for their lack of customer service and professionalism.
