Four Women and the staff there helped through the most devastating and hardest decision I’ve ever had to make. From the very beginning, booking the appointment was an easy and simple process. When I actually arrived they made the drive in safe by providing escorts from the protesters outside. They keep the door to the building locked and only the staff can allow access in, which is an added bonus to safety. From check in, to check out the staff was absolutely amazing. They were respectful, supportive and kind. Very informative and answered any questions I had.
For what may seem like a terrible day, they made it much easier to process. I want to say thank you to the young Medical Assistant that came in, while I was having my procedure, she asked how I was feeling and if I needed a blanket, just when I felt myself ready to cry, she stood and held my hand. The NP was absolutely amazing and so sweet. The Doctor who performed my procedure was so gentle and talked me through it and took breaks when I needed. The anesthesiologist was amazing as well. The after care was great as well. It’s been a day since my procedure and they’ve kept in touch to ensure my wellness is good and that I’m okay. I want to say thank you ladies so, so much for helping me through this. I am forever grateful.

Long wait? Yes, prepare ahead of time and have patience. They genuinely try to help as many women a day as they can and provide thorough care. I was impressed with how many languages the staff spoke. They were great from the women on the phone to the very end. I had to use the after hours chat service and the doctor was there to help me immediately. Thank you so much for helping me.

Awful experience. They scheduled me an appointment for 11:15am, waited in the lobby for 2 and a half hours with no explanation to be called. Finally head into the room and wait another 20 mins for my blood to be drawn(took 1 min). Another hour goes by and they call me for an ultrasound which took 2 mins. Now i'm still waiting for my medication as I write this review...I've been here for 4 hours. Very unreasonable, unnecessary, and overall stupidity at its finest. I just don't understand.

Came here about 4-5 years ago, i dont remember the experience at all though because i was very disassociated and in a dark place in my life at the time . This time i know it had to be different though because it just seemed harder ... harder to make the appt , harder to get any information, harder to FIND the place, ect and the WAIT is beyond unreasonable . My appt yesterday was at 12:45 i got there at 12:25 (wouldve been earlier had it not been so hard to find the place and get in) older lady at the front desk was quite rude, dissmissive, and impatient . i didnt get called till well past 1:30 and all they did was put me in a room in the back and have me wait another 30-45 mins before someone came in to do my ultrasound . She didnt ask me if i wanted to know how far i was, didnt say much of anything tbh other than that the cream shes about to put on my stomach will be cold (other places have told me how far i was and asked if i wanted a ultrasound pic which i think is important in these situations, some females dont want to know at all and rather be disconnected from the sitatuation but some do and we all deserve a choice and to get treated as such) we was done within 2-3mins and she left me alone for another 30mins before someone else came in to do my medical history . Then it was another 30 mins before i got moved to a different room for blood work (and you guessed it, i waited in that room for about another 30mins heat on full BLAST which made me nauseous and tired before someone came in to do the bloodwork) the nurse who did my bloodwork was extremely nice though and was a quick breath of fresh air in what i felt like was such a dead place full of robots who make you feel like just another transaction and like as if youre not human. after that was said and done they wanted the payment which i thought was completely backwards. My doctor was also very nice but by the time she got to see me i was quite over everything and just wanted everything done and over with . She made sure to get someone to email me my ultrasound and also went to find out how far i was (5weeks 5days) which was well appreciated, I didnt get prescribed the usual medication for nasusea that im used to and asked for. Got zofran instead which didnt help much and 30mins after i left my appt after taking the first set of meds i threw up so i was hoping the zofran would help once i picked them up but they didnt, i laid in bed sick for the rest of the day . This Place is very unorganized and short staffed and yeah you could go to planned parenthood but youll be paying at least 3 times the amount you pay here (which is probably why they are so overwhelmed with so many patients and trust me ive been to pph as well and they arent cheap !). But the service is wayyy better, So if you got the money to go somewhere else more power to you and AVOID this place like the plague, because you will not feel comfortable and it wont help ease your already racing mind during this incredibly hard and sensitive time. Definitely wouldnt recommend this to anyone going through this the first time as well, this isnt just something that takes a toll on you psychically, it takes a toll on you emotionally and mentally and its best to have the right support from your health care provider. So again if you can afford it just go to planned parenthood . But if you cant.. i would deff recommend this place since its cheaper than other places but dont expect to be comfortable or comforted . You have to be strong 🫶 i wont ever be back here though, not only because this experience was the most uncomfortable and cold experience ive had compared to my other experiences (one of them being this same place 5 years ago so i know this place has gone downhill since) but also this will be my last time ever making this decision. i dont even have plans on coming back here for my follow up . Ill just go to my local pcp.
P.s i did love the bathroom chalk wall . All the patients write really supportive and loving messages on it and that was the only and most comforting thing about this place .

Worse experience ever. About 30 women with 8am appointments and sitting in waiting room for 7 hours . This place is unorganized and unprofessional. They tell you expect to sit in your car and be here for a few hours . Four hours turned into almost 8 hours of waiting for an 8 o'clock appointment. This place needs more doctors and staff because the experience is awful. They have you wait in the car told the person I was with come inside your next and still had her in waiting room for over an hour waiting waiting waiting for 9 hours total so sad

Save your time and go somewhere else. My appointment was at 12 pm and I was called in at 2:30 pm. While waiting I asked the other women in the waiting area how long they were waiting for and they said they’d been there since 8am (with an appointment) It was 12pm. There is zero time management and it is completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. After waiting 3 hours in the waiting room I was called in for a 1 minute ultrasound and then told to go back and wait in the waiting room…. Seemed like there was only 1 doctor there and about 10 people in the waiting room. After all, I ended up not getting what I needed done because of a miscommunication with the receptionist. Waste of my day. Would not recommend.

They made me feel incredibly comfortable from the moment I stepped in the building. Everyone was really pleasant and understanding, and they answered all my questions, putting me at ease. I never once felt put out or unwelcome. Yes, there is a wait, but they also let you know to plan on 4-6 hours prior to your appointment. I was in and out in just under those 4 hours, so it was great. The staff were great, the nurses were great, the doctor was great. I have zero complaints about my experience, and I will recommend this place to friends in need.
