You late 2 minutes the doctor not going to see, I call 3 times talk to a receptionist to put a complaint on why i have received letters stating after 3 missed appointments i am no longer able to see a primary doctor. The receptionist promised they will call me back they never. Im not recommended this place for your health if it’s important for you.

This lady on the front desk was extremely rude when I was returning a voice call. She asked whether I listened to my voicemail to which I said No which got her upset. She lectured me about listening to the voicemails rather than reading the voice mail transcripts which I did. When I asked her to tell me about the new rescheduled timings she again acted like doing a favor to me and did lose her patience when I asked the timing for a second time. The new interiors haven't done any good to the newer front desk staff as you can see in the reviews by other patients. I like my doctor but such rude behavior is intolerable and I will likely look to find another primary over taking this treatment.
PS - I did listened to the voice mail and there was no specifics of the appt which this lady assumed were told in the voice mail.

I scheduled an appointment in October and I called a month later to check the date. But the lady said I had nothing scheduled, the lady I talked to was not friendly at all you shouldn’t work in customer service if you aren't friendly. I love my doctor but some of the staff are not nice.

I have been a patient of this practice for several years. I’ve always had good care, but never have I experienced the care and attention that I’ve received for the past 7-8 months.

I’ve had a serious medical issue for a few years. My PCP had to leave due to personal reasons. I thought I was out of luck.

Then came Dr. Ann Ding, and her co-worker and Nurse Caitlin. They have advocated for me in ways I’ve never had from a Primary Care team and physician.

Attentive, responding to emails or phone calls even when they could wait until the next day, they have consistently shown great care, treatments, advice, and compassion. And no, this isn’t the practice putting this review in, this is a patient who has had an amazing Dr. work FOR and with them as opposed to many “handle the serious stuff yourself” approach that so many other practices have.

If your transgender DONT go here. I’ve had great experiences with my doctors and nurses but the people I talk to on the phone and deal with at reception still call me by my old name and call me sir even after going there for over two years. Medical setting is the last place this should happen.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! I have been a patient at North Attleboro Medical Center for the last 15 plus years. In this time I have been told seven or more times that the doctor I have been seeing is no longer with them and they assign me a new doctor. I had a full thyroidectomy 13 years ago leaving me dependent on a Thyroid supplement medication. If I do not have this medication for a certain amount of time or the dosage becomes ineffective, my body begins to shut down. The last time this happened I was hospitalized for 35 days with my pancreas swollen to 5x the appropriate size. No big deal LOL I needed a prescription refill for this medication this week so I called North Attleboro Medical Center to be told that my doctor is no longer with them and they are not accepting any new patients. I didn't realize they would group me in with new patients since I have been a patient there for 15 plus years!! But that's not the worst of it! When asked to refill my prescription I was told that there is no one there that can refill it since the doctor I had been seeing is no longer there! I explained my condition and what would happen if I didn't have my medication (they already have all this in my file anyway) and was told that there was nothing they could do! I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone higher up at which point I was transferred to a voicemail where I left a message. At this point I have left three voicemails with no response! I do realize this incident is situational but I can also tell you about the rude staff and the wait times! The majority of the staff are miserable! There are one or two that are sweet but the most of them either hate their job or are just rude! And the women at the front desk are no help to anyone and act like they are bothered by the fact that you are calling or coming to your appointment! They are the rudest! I've never waited less than 45 minutes for an appointment there. The last time I was there I waited an hour and 45 min!!!!!!!!! After wating an hour I asked the receptionist if she new how much longer she'd be bc I have to pick my child up from school I was told "nope, she's been behind all day" mind you this appointment is at 330pm so if she'd been behind all day, pick up the phone and let her other clients know that she is running behind ! It's common courtesy! These people just do not care about people in general. We are just another number to them. They couldn't care less! I will say that I see Dr Morse for sleep apnea and she is a gem! Wayyyyyyyy too good for this place! And the lady that draws blood, she's a sweetheart too! But the rest of this place is the worst! It's honestly a blessing in disguise that my Dr left FOR THE 7TH TIME bc I should've left there a long time ago.

Horrible experience here. Needed physicals for my kids. Baby had blood taken. The nurse poked my 2 year okd kid several times and could not find the vain. They are very rude here. Also the woman who put my sons vaccines held him down on the table and forced it. Horrible experience . Will not go back. Will find real pediatrician , people suited to handle children….also had blood work done 3 months ago. Still have not heard anything about the results. Won’t even bother at this point.

I have never been to this office before, however, I did already have my doctor and I was ready to make an appointment. When I informed the receptionist that I have never been here before, she rudely interrupted me and said we aren’t taking any new patients. I politely said that I have already had my doctor for this office and that I was all set to just make an appointment. She proceeds to cut me off again and goes yup nope not taking anyone and hung right up on me before so could speak. I felt like that was very unprofessional on there part, and they could of at least explained to me when they will be taking new patients. I am happy to say that I will not be going to place.
