I did physical therapy at sturdy physical therapy for hips and shoulders over the last two years. Recently was both shoulders after reverse shoulder surgery performed by a highly recommended surgeon Dr Nacca. My pt professional was Eric Dodson My experience with Eric and the entire staff was just incredible. After years of pain my pain is virtually gone. If you are in need of sports surgery and physical therapy please consider this facility and staff. They are of the highest professional available in our area. Thank you Eric , Kim, Andrea, Dr Nacca , Sharon Eastman , Dr Lowe and the entire staff for making me feel like family and taking my pain away Ed Rigano

First few months were fantastic and I was having so much improvement. Then changes were swiftly made to my treatment plan without me even being able to get a word in, and I started to decline again. This completely went against what my doctor had ordered. I feel like from that point on I was dismissed and not taken seriously. I don't feel like my disability was truly understood either. This experience was overall very disheartening and I wish it could've gone better, especially because when I was experiencing improvement it was great.

Dan is amazing but the secretary Andrea is beyond rude. I came in with an ankle injury from my daughters dog knocking me down the stairs. She said to me did you put the dog down!! I was beyond myself!! Other than that Dan Poissan is amazing. He has taken me from wearing a boot on crutches to being able to walk again!! Thankyou Dan

Everybody, from the front desk staff to the physical therapy crew were absolutely amazing. Ashley is the absolute best! I feel like the whole team cared alot about me and my well being and worked hard towards getting my injuries better. If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend coming here.

My physical therapist and the assistant who are at the Y for PT in the pool are terrific. The space in the building on O’Neill Boulevard is nowhere near enough space for what they need to do on site, but they manage somehow. I hope they can have more space at some time for an even better PT experience.

Definitely the most frustrating experience I have had in along time. Generally a fantastic organization. Called and keep getting the runaround With no return phone calls regarding an injury. Very disappointed. My wife just had an ACL surgery performed with success.

Worst experience. I suffered a finger injury and had one appointment and wasn't given anymore. I found out for those 8 weeks I was supposed to have had scheduled appointments with her and she never said I had to. She just put a splint on and that was it. When i asked her if i had to make an appintment she said oh no your ok to go. So I found a place and started going myself. The surgeon Degrace even told me if I hadn't taken initiative my finger would have never been the same. Don't trust these people. Absolutely love the surgeon who saved my finger but for the rest of the place I would give zero stars. To this day going into the office to see my Dr. She still gives me attitude and bad looks.
