I had my son’s lab sample that needed to be dropped off. They made me wait in the waiting room with the vial of urine for 30 minutes before they accepted the sample.

Please, please, change your phone waiting audio. It is infuriating having the music interrupted every 2 seconds by someone saying thank you for your patience. After being on hold for over fifteen minutes the last thing I want to keep hearing is some automated prompt every 2 seconds. Then sometimes the man and woman prompts line up the same time so you hear it over and over. It does not make me feel better it enraged me.

Dr Roodhouse is one of the worst doctors.
He removed a polar cyst, went back to say “oops one more piece is in there” it grew back in 3 weeks even bigger. He messed up my sister & he just sucks. Sturdy sucks. The doctors suck. Suck suck suck.

Lab techs were really great, place was very clean and nice/new. Front desk staff was pretty rude. I walked up to the check in window and one of the women behind there had her mask down and I could visibly see he say "Oh my god!" and shoved the mask up her face and slammed open the window and rudely asked me if I was getting lab work done. I said yes and she said "Well go check in at the kiosk" and closed the window.
After checking in at the kiosk I, checked the large sign at the entrance stating that you are entering the lab and there was a tiny little post-it note in the corner that said "kiosk" on with with an arrow pointing. Sorry, but for anyone's first time there, that is completely unnoticeable. No sooner did I sit down to wait, they called my name, then asked me all the same questions I already answered in the kiosk. An annoying first experience there, for sure.

Dr running 1 hr 21 minutes behind- unacceptable!!! We should have been informed at checkin, also parking is terrible!!!!

Pathetic and rude, not the receptionist, I think it was the nurse, I had to the Promethioses test, she butted into the conversation and very rudely told me we don't do that test, I was trying to tell them that I just left my doctor's office and they told me to come here, and yes my doctor is in the sturdy family, anyway she told me in a loud voice that only East Side Labs does this test, very unprofessional and unacceptable way to treat a patient, sad.
