If someone is 20-30 minutes late for their appointment, cancel it. Everytime I come here I'm waiting 30 minutes to be seen and watch at least two people check in late and get called in before me. Then I wait another 20 in the examination room.

I'm not shifting my schedule around or being late because some inconsiderate chud was late to their own appointment set up weeks or months in advance. And you guys shouldn't be forcing people who show up 10-20 minutes early for every appointment to wait on people with absolutely no consideration for other people's schedules.

Tell them to come back, give them my time slot and give me theirs, I don't care but stop wasting people's time. Had to walk out before even getting seen last visit because I went from being way ahead of schedule to running incredibly late, just from waiting. So now I have a bill with absolutely nothing gained because you guys were late to your own appointment.

Dr. Chao is awesome. I understand he’s a very busy guy and is hard to get an appointment. But, he fixed my spine issues. Blessings!

Sturdy Orthopedics is great. I recently broke an ankle quite severely and they got me into surgery quickly. Dr.Porter and Dr. Snead are wonderful. The entire staff is great. Highly recommended.

The staff here is the best ever!!!They are all so beautiful inside and out.I had the best experience here. When I walked into the doors of this gorgeous building ,it felt like i was entering Disney world!!I definitely recommend going here is you have anything wrong.My arm was fractured and it healed within four weeks.I got the cutest cast and it was so neat and pretty as-well.

The front desk staff was very professional and fast. The back office staff was equivalent they had my records and made sure everything was correct. Dr Bowman is very nice and professional he definitely knows what he is doing. Adding to my review
Dr Bowman performed knee replacement surgery on me. I am very familiar with knee surgeries and Dr Bowman has to be one of the best I have ever encountered. He is compassionate and definitely tries alternatives to surgery.

I brought my child here for a fracture. They just kept us waiting and were attending to others that came long after us. The first time, I thought it was probably a one time thing but the second time they also kept us waiting and people that came after us were being seen. It seems they take kids and the parents that bring them for granted. Very sad. I don’t recommend this place at all. I dislike practices that don’t treat people equally and fairly.

In Nov of 2017 I had a partial knee replacement. Thinking this would be a long and painful process. Dr Magitsky was my Surgeon. He was as professional as they come. Always answering my questions and made sure I understood everything every step of the way. The entire staff at Sturdy Orthopedic was fantastic and caring the whole way thru. Debbie the clinical coordinator made sure I had everything in order before surgery. The day of surgery I arrived at Sturdy Hospital Pre Op and the staff was phenomenal. Everything went smooth as you’d want. The surgery took around an hour or so. I woke up in post op and all went well.i was brought up to a private room upstairs and stayed for 3 days. My stay went extremely well, the floor nurses and physical therapists were great. Not that I’m looking for another surgery in the future but if I do need one. I would have no issues going with Dr Magitsky and Sturdy Orthopedics. I highly recommend them for anyone that needs any of their services.
