I have been a happy patient at this practice for some time now. Dr.Berman and her staff have all helped me during my journey of recovery in so many ways that i can not even begin to thank them enough. My recovery plan is always clear and when i feel like i need help i know i can count on them to accomplish the goals i want to. I have never been to the office and noticed it to be dirty or felt uncomfortable with the environment. In my opinion, if your actually trying to get sober and stay sober and your actually willing to put in the effort to help yourself then you should have no problem being a patient of Dr.Bermans office.

I’ve been a patient at Dr Berman’s for over five years and it has been a blessing. It saved my life. She’s a doctor that cares and takes the time to hear a patient out. She will also help you figure out what is going on mentally physically emotionally as she works with you and you work with her. I highly recommend her

Try to get your primary care doctor to prescribe any necessary medications Dr. Berman's practice/ New England Center prescribes. This place preys on their clients that are Mass Health dependent because there is such a shortage of any quality mental health services in the area for this socio economic class. Over the last year their practice has tanked in quality and service response. This is due to a recent high turnover rate and a major change of staff 6 months ago. The doctor (Berman) is always on vacation. Do not switch here the only patients that come here literally have no alternative.

The care at New England Center for Addiction Disorders Is what they specialize in the treatment is fair but not easy if your looking to become free of the grips of Opiates? I would highly suggest Checking out this office! The staff is incredible and very friendly as long as your doing the program as designed! I can truly day if it wasn't for this practice I would be already dead by now with all the fentanyl pouring across our borders!

Dr Berman has literally been a Godsend for me. She is a very compassionate person. I’ve been seeing her for about 5 years. The random urine tests are necessary to keep people on their toes. If you want the help she will give it to you. Honesty is the only way you can truly get the help you need. She doesn’t like being lied to. Nurse D is absolutely awesome and she really cares about her patients. Thank you for helping me get my life back in order.
